Ordered the papa pairings with 2 pizzas. One BBQ with chicken and the other classic pepperoni. Both crusts that didn’t have toppings or sauce was so hard we couldn’t bite through it. A hand tossed crust shouldn’t be like that. The rest is edible but the crust must have been sitting out for a while. Do better wanamaker store. We don’t have these issues ordering from the washburn location.

I called and asked the crew to please make sure that my pizza had light cheese because I’m lactose intolerant and they listened!! It’s not often I’m able to feel comfortable eating pizza, but I’m really appreciative that I can enjoy my dinner!

Ordered pizza and wings. Pizza tracker stated food was delivered but nothing was delivered. Called store and the manager on duty was not concerned. Shared tbey would tell the owner. Papa app showed delivered and would not issue refund. Disputing with my card as location would not issue refund. Horrible service.

They usually have an online offer for $8 for large one topping pick up, and I get it all the time. Half for one dinner, half for tomorrow. $8 for 2 meals of pepperoni pizza? Yes please. I always order spicy garlic sauce on the side and they have only forgotten it one time in over 7 years. Like sure its not a traditional brick oven pizza, but of all the mainstream chains, it is the best. I’ve never gotten delivery so I dont know how good that is. Dont forget to tip though because you know those employees aren’t getting paid enough.
