My sister ordered us 2 pizzas and a cheesy bread sticks. It took FOREVER to get here. Then, once we got it, both pizzas are smashed and the bread sticks are almost folded in half….like they put the bag on end. I TRIED to call to have something done, and instead got hung up on TWICE. Horrible service. Just horrible.

I love Papa Johns. The pizzas were really good before but the last four times I got there it was just weird. My order is usually the five topping pizza with olives on only one half and the other toppings are jalapeno, onions, mushrooms and spinach. They have been overdoing the jalapenos and olives for some reason. I do have some pictures and it’s not fun just eating jalapenos. The pictures are from the last three times I’ve ordered it and I think the amount is just very questionable. You cannot see other toppings and it just is bad. I hope they work on that. Maybe the people preparing the pizzas aren’t getting good instructions since I did order the pizza on call. I hope they work on it.

Papa John’s is “fast food” pizza, so I don’t expect gourmet quality. However, of the chains in its class, I prefer it since it is not overloaded with garlic. This store is particularly efficient and usually has the order ready ahead of the predicted pickup time.

I’ve had lots of good pizzas from Papa Johns over the years but I got the worst pizza I’ve ever gotten from anywhere here on Monday night. My pizza was ordered in the evening but there was still 3 hours until close when I ordered. The pizza had so much cheese you couldn’t take the pieces apart, the dough wasn’t even cooked in the center, and the crust that was done was so hard it wasn’t edible. We didn’t even eat it. Tried to call and the phone just rang and rang. Disappointed tbh.

Today will be my last day ordering at Papa Johns for a while. The quality of the food is just not like it use to be! I got one of my pizza’s today and it was missing a lot of the toppings in the middle. Unbelievable especially after spending over $40!!!

My gf called in an order and went to get it at the croco branch in topeka. And the lady was super rude telling her she never called and placed an order so i called the number that was in my phone and guess who answered. So then she tried arguing with me about not callin that store when i redialed the same number. Anyway my gf had already RE ORDERED before i called up there to tell them they was wrong and when my gf went BACK in for the second 35 minute wait she said they didnt make it because i was rude! someones on a power trip no wonder the quality at that branch has gone way down!!!

Order a pizza waited over 45 minutes then we called after finding out order been canceled they said they called 5 times but my phone showed no missed calls I was tracking it on papa tracks an it said it was still baking even when I refreshed it so I asked nicely if they could resend it but they said they couldn’t because its was already canceled not going back poor customer service with them blaming us for our order not being delivered well then they say it will take 72 hours for my money to be refunded so not cool will not go threw them again I’ll get pizza hut or domino’s pizza instead…. just to add to this post no thanks to papa johns I had to order from domino’s an it was 10 dollars cheaper plus it got delivered to my home looking fresh an good strongly recommend domino’s over papa John’s poor service an poor performance to papa John’s.
Update: I still have not got my money back and now they are saying it takes 5-7 days be careful guys because they will Not deliver your pizza say they called and hold onto your money as long as they can.

Ordered family deal pizzas plus 4 kinds of wings. They got the 2 pizzas right and messed up all 4 of the wings. No sauce at all on the bone in buffalo. Sporadic sauce on the boneless. Mostly dry. Paid extra for 4 Garlic butters and only received 1. Pizza Hut from now on.

There was a small bone in my “boneless” wing. Not too bothered since I noticed. But this pizza, while good, I can tell the dough had been left out for a while. They had 4 orders to make and 3 were red while all 3 people just kind of walked around the store. This isn’t papa johns standard so just work on the quality again.

First they will forget your food apparently they use door dash for there delivery then they will recharge for the bread sticks and drinks but they comp u the pizza
