I never do reviews but i just cant give this up.. i ordered the new pan crust/the works pizza with no sausage, no canadian bacon adding extra peperoni and jalapeno.. the first pizza was on original crust so i called them about it and they sent a new one that had canadian bacon on it and not a single slice of peperoni.. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PAPA JOHNS EVER AGAIN!!!

Do not order from here! I was quoted a time for pick up on the app. When I showed up even past that time, I was told I’d be another 20 minutes. We waited 30 minutes and checked back in with them and they said it would still be another 20 minutes. They did not even offer anything for the time we waited and the inconvenience. Just told me “we are not affiliated with the app”.

We stopped by for gas and saw they had breakfast pizzas so we grabbed two of them this was our first visit here. The box was sealed so you couldn’t see what it looked like. Once we got home it was very disappointing the pizza was dry and the dough was wet under the toppings. They didn’t skimp on the eggs or bacon although it could use cheese and sauce. My son ate his not knowing the dough was still wet. I put mines in the oven and added mozzarella, chedder and tried putting sauce also but it didn’t work. I ended up with brunt crust and still no flavor. We like they regular pizza but definitely not a fan of this. This is just my honest review.this rating is just for the breakfast pizza. I hope my son’s stomach isn’t messed up because of the wet dough.

Food was good but the tipping practice is outrageous. You pay for your online order with an added tip but the delivery driver asks for more when he delivers your order. Either he’s being greedy and misleading or the other employees taking orders are garnishing his tips. Oh and now they want tips for carry out as well which is not right! They get a. Hourly wage at the restaurant and expect a tip for carry out! Insane

I ordered 7 piece chicken wings, garlic parmesan. It was done made to order within 5 minutes? I thought it was a bit too quick for me, which I was right after I took a bite into 2 cold chicken wings. I didn’t want to return the food when I finished 3 beforehand. I’d probably won’t get them again.

I went in to order a carry out on my way home. When i asked about a coupon, the young lady wouldn’t even look at me when speaking. It appear that she was more interested in being in the back than actually taking the order. The short stop employees were actually nicer than the actual papa john’s employees. Sad to see this type of behavior.

We usually order pizza from here but the last few times our experience has not been good. The last time, we order 2 large pizza and cheesy bread. They said it was going to be 30 to 40 min. It took almost 1 1/2 hrs.
