I have been using this location for over two years. Every single time I have gone in, I request that the regular garlic sauce be replaced with the spicy garlic sauce as I prefer it, which are equally priced on the app and online. This has been done every single time because it is no price difference. The sauces cost the exact same. During my visit tonight, the employee told me they would have to charge me for this despite me saying I don’t want the regular, unopened garlic sauce as usual, and I would like the equivalently priced spicy garlic sauce. They told me this was a new rule. Logical explanation? Absolutely none. I’m asking for an equivalently priced item, not extra. Apparently, Domino’s wants my business a lot more with ridiculous, nitpicky, idiotic rules, such as this for long-time customers without any warning.

I placed an order online through papa John’s app at 4:00pm for delivery at 5:30pm at 5:45pm I called the store asking for information on my order as it had not been delivered. I was then informed that the “door dasher” had already picked up my order and was on the way. Another 15 minutes went by and no delivery so I called back and asked to cancel the order and get a refund as it was 30min late and my guests were leaving soon. After being put on hold I was again informed the “dasher” was on the way but they could refund if they don’t show up. Just after 6:30pm the “Door dasher” arrived with the semi warm order. The only thing the “door dasher” said while on my property is “you need to get your driveway fixed” as she had tripped on a crack in the concrete. I hope the money papa John’s saved using door dash is worth the shitty service they are getting in return and the business it is costing them. Also worth noting I wasn’t made aware at the time of order the delivery would be subcontracted to door dash.

I ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks and wings carry out when get there at estimate time they give me food wasn’t ready they made me wait there 25 more minutes my mistake is not check food there when came back home pizzas burned called at store they were so rude not to ready listen then talk to manager they don’t even feels like they made mistake well I guess we need to stop ordering pizzas there that happens 2nd time within 1 month

Ordered a few pizzas. This bug came with one of them. I was appalled and grossed out. They told me I would have to drive back to the store with this evidence, which is not practical for how far away we live, so I’m leaving the evidence here. I can’t believe the combination of gross and poor customer service.

As a customer who recently visited Papa John’s and used the app to order a limited edition item, I must say that my experience was quite positive. Despite the app’s incorrect estimate of the cooking time, the actual wait time at the location was significantly shorter than anticipated. The quick and efficient service was a pleasant surprise and set the tone for the rest of my experience.
Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately by friendly employees who thanked me for my business. The service I received was fantastic and the order was spot on, with no mistakes or missing items. The pizza itself was delicious and met all of my expectations.
While I did not receive the limited edition sauce that I had hoped for, this was not a major disappointment and did not detract from my overall positive experience. In fact, the exceptional service and quality of the food make me eager to order from this location again in the future.
Overall, my experience with Papa John’s was very positive, thanks to the excellent service and quality of the food. I would definitely recommend this location to others looking for a great pizza experience.

I ordered ahead for a delivery to be delivered to my house at 6:15pm (about 1 mile from the store). I called at 6:40pm and my food had not been finished being made. I received my food around 7:05pm and man was it a sore disappointment. I ordered some bacon cheese sticks, which was mediocre at best, and a customized pizza bowl with no cheese. Of course the pizza bowl had cheese. Yet another pizza place that can’t follow simple directions and ruined my child’s dinner.

We have no Papa Johns where I live so i thought i would try one. Pretty disappointed. Pizza Hut makes a much better pizza. The New York style xl was just a normal crust pizza with minimal sauce and very little meat. Not impressed. Should have tried the non chain pizza diwn the street.
