It’s Papa John’s. Can’t go wrong! They only reason I rated food with 4 stars is that it’s been a while since we ordered pizza here and it appears that pizza sizes downsized a little. This order was for a home buyer’s moving day and after picking up the order, I was concerned it wouldn’t be enough for their moving crew of 6 friends. Fortunately, one didn’t show up.

Idk If it’s the management of this particular location or the whole of papa John’s in the area but the last 3 orders I have had from this location have been horrific. The first time I thought it had to be a fluke but now I’m sure they just send whatever they feel like to the customers. The last 2 times I’ve received a completely different pizza than what I ordered (despite have the sticker for what I did order on the box) and all 3 times they have barely been cut and the crust is basically raw. I would recommend Little Caesars before ordering from this specific papa John’s. Nothing but Wasted money and food.

Trust the other bad reviews. Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, door dash delivered it and the garlic sauce had exploded and was dripping through the pizza box. It ruined the pizza because it had been soaking in it and was all mushy and soggy. They won’t answer the phone either and the door dash guy blamed them and didn’t take any responsibility because it could’ve been him too but he just said call Papa John’s

I used to go here all the time in the past but after my experience last night I would recommend avoiding this location for the time being. Hopefully with time they can sort things out and return to the staple they used to be.
I left my house when I got a notification that our pizzas were ready for pickup, so I figured it would be a quick grab and go.
When I arrived an employee was on the phone, and when the call was over she immediately went off on a customer to back away from the counter. Then she went on a tantrum about how all she’s responsible for is making the food, kept yelling as she walked to the back. Even mentioned they’ll probably get bad reviews because of her. Super awkward.
There was a passive aggressive note about them being short staffed, so I was fine waiting the 5 or so minutes for anyone to help the customers waiting around the counter. What bothered me was when a lady, who just walked in, was serviced before me (and of course there was an issue with her order that needed to be sorted out).
I was starving when I got home but the pizza did not taste like I remember Papa John’s to be, it tasted cheap. Also the dough was very unevenly distributed; very thin in the middle and very thick on the outside, so much that they had to fold it over underneath. I feel like a frozen pizza would have been better.

I ordered pickup from this Papa John’s and my experience was unbelievably bad from start to finish. I’ve been a frequent delivery/pickup customer for years, but I will not be back to this location.
First, the order wait time was consistently terrible. The pickup window said 10–15 minutes; it took about 30 minutes every time I visited recently. The store clearly struggles with staffing and organization — orders were lost or mixed up multiple times, phones often went unanswered, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and untrained. That alone is frustrating, but what happened next made it intolerable.
When DoorDash drivers (and customers) politely asked about missing items or late orders, the manager on duty responded rudely and aggressively. I personally witnessed the manager raise their voice at a driver and accuse them of “not knowing how to pick up” — while the driver was calm and professional. On another visit, a worker barked at a customer for asking a simple question about their pizza and made the customer feel humiliated in front of others. I felt unsafe and embarrassed watching it happen.
There are two serious problems here: poor operations and bad leadership. Staff shortages are only one part of the issue — there’s also a clear lack of basic customer service training and a manager who uses hostility rather than problem-solving when things go wrong. If you rely on timely pickups or delivery via DoorDash, plan extra time or consider choosing a different location. I will not recommend this store to anyone. If you run a business, treat your customers and delivery partners with basic respect — that’s not asking much.

Pizza was cut very crazy and the toppings were not proportional at all.
Doesn’t seem like anyone cared and just threw this pizza together. Wings were over sauced. There were girls yelling and arguing outside the store. I’ve never ordered Papa John’s before and this was not a good first impression.

I ordered 3 large pizzas and sides for the pick up special. The team inside was very friendly. They were patient and allowed me to place the order on the app so that I could accumulate my papa rewards even though I was already in the store. Everything was spotless! We will definitely return!

UPDATE: For some reason I ordered again. They sent the order through DoorDash because they have no drivers. Driver did not respect “no contact delivery”, kept stalking my door and calling me for 15 minutes despite me texting them that I selected no-contact delivery. I think they spoke only Spanish. Terrible experience. They didn’t even bring everything that was ordered.
See photo, pizza crust was wet, floppy, 2 millimeters thick. Worst I’ve ever seen. Customer support online does not care. Manager was understanding and refunded the order, but you can’t customize which store processes your order, so I’m not ordering again.
