They never give me garlic sauce with my gluten free pizza. They put it in my friends’ pizzas, but never mine. The garlic sauce is gluten free. It’s the best thing about papa John’s. Please please figure this out and start giving me the sauce 🙁

Online order # 1261740425. Showed up at 7:15 PM, when it should have been ready. Stood 5 minutes behind others waiting to be helped. Finally got to cashier and they said they were behind and was going be another 30 minutes. Cancelled my order. This location used to be reliable. This is the second time in a row they have been way behind on my online order. Terrible staffing and management. Never going back.

I will NEVER be eating pizza again after this!! I take a bit of my pizza and I look down at it. There was a couple of curly black hairs cooked into the pizza!! At fist I just thought oh its a cat hair and I got to take it off and it was stuck in the cheese of the pizza. I had to grab my daughter’s pizza from her hands then run to the bathroom and threw up it was so gross. We will NEVER eat pizza again!!

Order pizza while in town for a sports event July 15, 2022. We got in late after a 9 hour driver and figured pizza was the best option. Pizza came and was delivered in a timely manner. Problem being it wasn’t our order. I called to complain at 10:37PM and they stated our order would be delivered in “a half hour” our food arrived at 11:40PM Ice cold and the breadsticks and cinnamon pull apart were rock hard burnt! Called the next day and they stated a General Manager would call back the next day when he was In and I still have NO CALL BACK, NO REFUND! I also complained to corporate and have heard nothing back. Very unprofessional company. You obtained $52 from travelers and did not at all provide the services as stated. Better business bureaus will be my next complaint

Went to Papa John’s on a crazy busy night, but even with the crowd, I had a great experience. The place was packed, but the staff handled it well, super friendly and kept things moving as fast as they could.
I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, and even though there was a bit of a wait, it was totally worth it. The crust was crispy on the outside but soft inside, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the sauce had just the right flavor. You could tell it was fresh.
Even with so many people coming and going, the place was surprisingly clean, and they stayed on top of everything. Overall, great service and even better pizza. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I made an online order through this store for an 11:30 delivery today. A notification per text was sent that it was picked up by Doordash at 11:25. I had no idea doordash was delivering for them. The delivery arrived at 11:51. Where the instruction box is when ordering I should have left the following: please be on time or close to and please make sure the pizza is hot. My pizza went on 25 minute DoorCrawl around Olathe. SMH. I’d rather be giving a 5 Star versus a complaint, any day. If it was just for me, I probably would have just let this go. But because I ordered it for a student for achievement and it arrived late, no can do. I can’t count on this place again.

I realize it is New Year’s Eve. However, the call center told me 20 to 30 minutes to get my pizza. It took 59 minutes. Just be honest with the time it will take to get my pizza.!
Update! I called in 45 mins. Ahead of time (Chiefs Game). “Ready at 5pm?” Yes. 5:15 – got them.
Take whatever the call center gives you an at least double that time !!
