I have made this my go to pizza place. Every pizza I have had is absolutely delicious. I order delivery and it is always fresh, hot & fast. They utilize door dash for delivery which I’m not particularly fond of. Had a horrible experience with a door dash named Miguel. He “delivered” to wrong address & proceeded to argue he hadn’t. Papa John’s made good on it immediately & the 2nd door dash driver was awesome. Tonight I ordered & saw Miguel was going to be the delivery person. I called my Papa John’s & said I do NOT want him delivering. They fixed that quickly. Excellent staff, excellent service, excellent food!

No love here for my small gluten-free pizza from Papa Johns! Cheese placement was off and whoever cut it into slices could use some more training! Plus, both my pizza and a large thin crust for the fam were not the crispy, crunchy crust we’ve enjoyed in the past. The crusts were tasteless and just undercooked. Usually have good experiences … not this time!

I absolutely refuse to order from this store ever again, I ordered two pizzas and it said it went through on my bank account but had an error on the site. When I called to address the situation the General manager was rude, degrading and talked to me like I was an idiot. Then when i complained to corporate the said someone would call me in 48 hours and guess who was the one to call me but the same person who degraded me and talked to me like i was stupid and guess what she did it yet again when she called to inquire about the complaint she talked to me like I was stupid and in a degrading way. Never EVER will I ever order from here again. Go to Kansas City, Ks store in state they are absolutely amazing!!!

Half of my pizza was totally burnt, I called to let them know knowing that I asked for a well done pizza. The manager had the audacity to tell me that’s how well done is knowing that I order Papa Jones from several cities and states and I never had this mess. Everything taste weird in this pizza.

Unfortunately this Papa John’s is horrible. Third try for us, and third time our pizza has been cold by arrival, this one after 2 hours of waiting. Currently heating the oven so I can warm it up a little. Purchase from Pizza Hut or dominoes if you can… or do store bought. Any of those options will be better than this.

Walked in, and no one spoke. The girl at the register didn’t speak as I walked up to the register. I informed her the pickup name. She went to check the orders returned to the register answering calls, not informing me if it’s done. No estimated wait or anything. The other young lady was asking people their orders as they arrived. She did not ask me. The app said the pizza was ready at 6:56pm, but it was not. They were getting out several doordash and delivery orders but not regular online orders making it a priority. There were two people waiting as well that ordered online. The communication is terrible. The young lady at the register informed someone else that came how long their pizza would take. I was at that point waiting 20 minutes. This is why I prefer the other pizza chain. I came to pick up an order for someone else. I finally got the pizza at 7:36pm after asking the estimated wait time. The young lady told the guy the name, saying she needed it. I received the pizza within a couple of minutes. She then apologized for the long wait. All that time for ONE pizza. The other orders were several pizzas and sides at a time.

I don’t think giving us the option to wait for our $9 change is an option to think we would walk away without it because “your safe has to open” is silly.

I’m not sure what has happened but the pizza from here is not as good as it use to be… Something has changed and not for the good! The staff and service was terrific couldn’t of asked for better!!!

Love a good pizza and Papa John’s did a great job. I like to keep it simple by ordering a thin crust pepperoni pizza and it turned out perfect.

Extremely disappointing experience. My pizza was lost, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and very late. I called to address the issue, and the acting manager, David, hung up on me twice without offering any kind of solution or apology. Completely unacceptable customer service. I won’t be ordering from this location again.
