It had been YEARS since we ordered from Papa John’s. While in conversation on our anniversary we decided to order, which was gifted by my mother. We were SO bummed! The crust is the main reason for our choice & the crust was HUGELY lacking!! It was under proofed, flat & hard, why dock the dough on the rolled crust edge, im at a loss. Also, the “alfredo” sauce is super bland. I was so excited to finally get to eat my favorite crust after such a long time & now I remember why… consistency & quality are not top priority. SMH@Shaq

Wish I had read the reviews. Ordered through the app which put me next door and wrong room number for some odd reason. Didn’t get the extra sauces I paid for, nor the napkins I requested. Driver, who I tipped $10 at order and $5 after delivery shrugged me off. No way to review/complain on their app. I’m done, Papa John’s. Thought I knew ya.

Ordered a pizza with a Pepsi and when it was delivered they gave me Pepsi zero sugar, which I cannot have. I paid an extra delivery fee and they still got the order wrong. They have done this to me previously as well. When I called them they tried to blame the doordash driver, even though I ordered through the papa John’s website and not door dash, therefore it was not the dashers fault because it was not his job to check the order. We drove to the Ozark location and a very polite employee gave me my Pepsi but said they couldn’t take the Pepsi zero, completely understand with company policy. If you order a Pepsi from this location I suggest you specify what Pepsi, in order to not run into my situation. Wonderful food.

Whitney is a pizza maker at this location who doesn’t use gloves! We came in today 01/25/26 to pickup our order, saw her in the back actively making pizza with no gloves. Snow covering every inch of their parking lot. We parked in an open spot between two vehicles. Whitney comes out and yells at us that this is not a parking spot and uses some profanity in between. Again, literally cant see any of the lot because there is SNOW on the ground. Would avoid this location unless you want to be yelled at and have pizza made with no gloves by Ms.Whiney……I mean Whitney

I used to love Papa John’s but the manager Whitney is very rude. She hung up on me when I was trying to ask if she was going to refund my card since they couldn’t deliver my pizza after it was already past the delivery time. It says in prepared status for over 30 minutes. Whoever owns this store should be aware of Whitney’s behavior towards their customers.

Have visited this establishment several time since and they just can’t get order right. Tonight wife ordered a pepperoni pizza with added mushrooms. Get it home and guess what no pepperoni just mushrooms. This has happened twice before and have not complained. I guess if you want your pizza made correctly go back in kitchen and do it yourself. Not pleased at all . This is the kind of screw ups I would expect from the local burger place.
Visited 4/4/24 . Could get app to work on phone for discount but when ordering the young lady at checkout was kind enough to add it for me. Ordered a stuff garlic stuffed cheese crust pizza with the works. Didn’t check before getting home and upon opening box realized it’s not what I ordered . I didn’t call or complain so my wife and I ate it anyway. It was still hot and very tasty even though it wasn’t what we ordered. So not complaining about taste or ingredients just the fact order was wrong. I would have gave higher rating but fact pizza order was wrong I gave 3 stars. Make sure if you order from here to check before going home.

Delivered to the wrong address, they recent out the order. After about an hour of waiting, finally got it and when it got here it was cold. Wasn’t going to complain because they said they would refund it, but they never did. Called to ask about it, they offered a free voucher. Call to try to use it and they said they could not accept it because they already resent out the order. Not ordering pizza from here again.
