I ordered delivery and when food was delivered, it was incorrect. Called the store to let them know and see if they would make it right for us. The manager on duty (1/17/2026 @ 11:30pm), said there was absolutely nothing they could do for us because they switched the order to door dash because they were “too overwhelmed” (hello what??), and so we told them we didn’t order through door dash and they basically told us to suck it up. Never ordering from here again

So this happens every time I order Papa John’s and I mean EVERY TIME, my boneless wings are once again not fully covered in sauce like its supposed to be and I know that they have been told over and over and over again cause I call corporate every time it happens. This IS the LAST TIME I will order Papa John’s period. If they cant do their job right the first time, then they are in the wrong line of work. As a cook myself, I could do a way better job at covering wings than they can. I get you have times to worry about, but customers come first no matter what and customers are always right!
