I ordered my pizzas for delivery and i waited two hours and got nothing. They didn’t even contact me to let me know that the don’t have delivery drivers and that door dash drivers deliver the food. I canceled and reordered then went to pick up my food and they were lazy and put my canceled order in a new box. I went inside and loud music was playing and there was a lot of chatting instead of working, they also ignore the person at the counter i was standing there for a good solid 10 minutes saying Hello and they never looked up at me and my pizzas were still cold. this place needs better staff don’t go here unless you want a cold pizza lmao

I ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza and when it came the whole crust was uncooked dough. I called the store and the employee I was connected with was nice and allowed me to get another pizza. The new pizza came and It was also uncooked!!! Never ordering from here again I wasted $23 on an unedible pizza. Don’t waste your time either.

Called and tried to talk to the manager, and when i started telling them what was wrong with my order they hung up on me.
Granted it was a minor issue that was only a few bucks since it was a problem with a side; but its still something that should’ve been corrected. If you ask and pay for something you should get that thing. I wasn’t going to make a big deal out of it but since they hung up on me just beware if you run into any issues.
On top of that, the last couple times i’ve ordered they used doordash instead of their drivers so i wouldn’t include a tip since theres not really a way to know if they are passing that along.
Also the website wouldn’t take my order and kept giving a nonsense error so i had to call it in instead.
Far from the seamless experience i’m used to with Papa John’s. I think ill start looking for a local place or a different chain.

Was paying with cash for delivery and the doordash delivery driver who would deliver the order even though I ordered it through the Papa John’s app didn’t carry change. Store doesn’t seem to care and neither does Papa John’s customer service

Pizza was cold and tasted as if it was day old pizza, wings were $13 for 8 pieces they weren’t cooked as instructed asked to be cooked hard and they weren’t.. Spent $40 and very disappointed will not be back

Do not go to the Columbia, Downtown location.
Tonight we bought a medium pizza and garlic knots from our favorite pizza chain: papa John’s. For convenience we go to the downtown location. We will not be going back.
-There was a hair in our pizza.
-They messed up our order (ordered mushrooms on it, no mushrooms).
-Our pizza was mediocre to taste (usually we rant and rave over papa John’s pizza).
-The pizza’s shape was oblong which when cut, some pieces were huge and some very small.
-Pizza was cold.
-We ended up having to doctor it up and put it back in the oven. However, we then found the hair and threw it all away.
-Seemed like just a bunch of college kids working and no one over seeing the orders.
-All in all, worst experience from Papa John’s.
We will be taking our money else where.

Placed an order a day in advance for 11 pizzas to arrive at 12 for a student party. Called at 12:10 asking for a status update and they said they had no drivers today so they were still waiting for a door dash driver to pick up the order. If they would’ve let us know at 11:45, I would’ve went and picked it up myself. Now the pizza won’t be here until after lunch is over so it kind of ruined the pizza party since it now won’t arrive until after lunch is over and students will have to be back in class. Would not recommended if you need your pizza at a specific time. Lots of upset students.

My fiance ordered pizza for me to pick up at the store. I was suppose to just drive up and then let them know i was there and turn flashers on for them to bring the pizza out. I sat there for 30 mins and still no pizza so I had to go in and get it. It was sitting in the warmer for 20 mins. Just lazy employees working. While I waited on pizza I seen one employee go and smoke 3 times in that thirty minutes and another one just walking around. Will never do business there again. We wanted to try something different pizza but will be sticking to domino’s from now on.
