Incompetent and rude on two separate occasions with both me and my boyfriend. The manager seems to enjoy picking a fight over delivery complaints. Today we waited 2 hours, having to call multiple times to check our order status and argue for a refund. I would go into more detail but it’s not worth it at the moment. Would be a 2 star review but the food is actually great and my boyfriend’s refund was processed properly.

Our car died in the Walmart parking lot so it was going to be awhile until we got our pizza. I called Papa John’s to let them know and they were so kind to keep our food warm and ended up delivering it to us in the parking lot. All of the workers were very kind and helpful!

We went there between 10 and 10:30 pm on Sunday. The guy at the counter told us about the various Papadias, because of our interest in ordering a couple. We ordered 2 Italian Papidias. The staff were very polite and courteous. The food tasted very good.

Messed up my order. I called to get a replacement and was told I was credited with a free pizza. I called to redeem that pizza and it was only for a 1 topping. I paid a lot more for the initial pizza that was messed up and was not told it was only going to be a 1 topping. It’s the principle. Will not be going back.

The fact that I usually always order pizza here really late and it’s always been fire is amazing. The pizza is always really good even though the sauce is too much sometimes and their wings and sides are great! Service is good too with them always being friendly. The only problem is that this place uses an automated voice when ordering on the phone and it can take like 20 minutes just to place an order which is why I recommend ordering at the store or online. That garlic sauce is the best too.
