Ordered online and went to pickup. Employees didn’t care I was standing and waiting for my order. I could see multiple employees with earbuds in, and no one heard me ask for help. After being helping after waiting 3 minutes, they acted as if they could care less that I was there. The bread sticks were layed hapzardly in the box. The pizza dough crust was supposed to be original, but half of the crust was flat like a thin crust. I don’t plan on ordering again from here for a long time with service like this.

No problems with my first experience at this location. The thin crust was well-done as I requested, the pizza was not center-loaded, appropriate portions were used, and the requested side items were included. Although the cheesesticks were not properly docked (notice the bare edges where the crust rose and attempted to center-load the cheese), the 4 stars is for forgetting to shake on the Italian herb seasoning. Seriously, it does make a difference. Service was quick and courteous.

This is the best location! They are always friendly and the food is hot and fresh. I have picked up in store and ordered delivery and always been happy with both the food and service! Customer service goes a long way and this location is the best!

It seems like someone from that papa johns store took a bite out of one of the pepperoncinis and threw the stem of the pepperoncini onto the pizza. When I called to replace the pizza, they had some sort of an attitude and out of spite gave me two huge pepperoncinis. I’ll eat at home from now on.

Ordered a pizza online tonight and got an email saying it would be delivered about a half hour later. 45 minutes later I called the store to ask where my order was. He said he only had 1 driver and he would be back shortly to pick up my pizza and deliver it. 15 minutes later the pizza shows up at my door but is stone cold. I got in my car and drove to the store a little upset about my order. Manager apologized and said they had been busy and offered to re make my pizza. Said it would take about 10 minutes. He then gave me $10 cash for the inconvenience. I appreciate him giving some of my money back but why in the heck does it take only 10 minutes to make a pizza but took an hour to deliver it only about 4 blocks from the store???
Last time I ordered from this location I picked up the pizza vs having delivered. Got home and opened the boxes and the pizza looked like a 3 year old cut it. Every piece was a different size and shape.
Pizza Hut is the same distance in the opposite direction. I’ll be giving my business to them from now on.

Will never go back to this location. Ordered and selected leave at door – tipped $7 on 2.5 miles. Driver showed up, banged on door and rang doorbell for 10 minutes while I was on a work call then left without leaving the pizza at the door.

Recently I placed a large order here for a last minute family get together. I was stressed and overwhelmed to get things done at the last minute. Walked in to get my order and was struck by the kindness of the staff. The food was piping hot, they offered to carry the pizza’s to my car, and even offered to lend me a pizza carrier to keep them warm when I mentioned i was grabbing the food on my way home and my house was another 20 miles away. The pizza was delicious and perfect. We had a great night and the food ended up being one of the easiest parts. I will order from here on my way home more often. It hard to find places that still believe in offering top notch customer service.

Decided at the last minute to do pizza carryout for dinner. Ordered online and was nervous that being a Friday night it would take at least an hour for the pizza to be ready. Pizza was ready hot and fresh in minutes!

I usually love Papa John’s, but I have had several issues with this location. I have filled out the feedback surveys and have never been contacted to have anything corrected. The pizzas come out inconsistent and customer service has been poor. This would be a 4-5 star review if they would correct their mistakes and take care of the customers.

As far as food goes, for the most part, it is good. I have found that when ordering light sauce, they get that right about 50% of the time. It’s better to order no sauce and get a cup of sauce on the side.
My main issue that inspired me to write a review is this. During a dangerous pandemic, there were no precautions in place. Not one worker wore a mask. No protective shield. Nothing. There was flour everywhere. Cleaning was not a priority. I was shocked.
The friendliness factor was great. Follow thru with actions that show that you care about us, local Papa Johns.
