I have been to this location twice. The first time everything was excellent. The food, the service, accuracy of order and timeliness. Today while the order was very timely the cheese bread and pizza were both burnt. The pizza extremely thin and not tasty as a result. I’ll certainly be back but next time will check the pizza and order before I leave. I rated 3 stars because the first time the quality and experience a 5+ and this time a negative zero.

I made the mistake of choosing to go in a order a pizza for dinner at 5:30. I was told it was going to be 40 minute wait which was fine but after 40 minutes I went back in and was told it was going to be another 20 minutes, which was unfortunate due to the fact that I had already waited so long. After another 20 minutes I went back inside and there was over 15 people inside also waiting. The cashier and another worker were trying to figure out how to use a coupon while at least 4 people were just trying to pay to leave. The cashier was unhelpful and clearly didn’t care about how she had told me it would be 40 minutes, now over 2 hours ago. As I was standing there wondering how there was about 10 people working but no orders being put out, that’s when I noticed it. No one was wearing gloves. I seriously hope they wash their hands very well. I will not be returning to this location. If I haven’t already paid and waited so long and was extremely hungry I would have probably ask for a refund and left. The pizza was pretty good despite the rest of the disappointmeing interaction.

Terrible experience. The pizza was good, but service was not. We were given the wrong pizza, even though the boxes had my name and our order details on the sticker that is placed on the edge of the boxes. We called to ask them to start re-making it as we headed back to the store. To our surprise, they don’t have a local phone number! We were directed to a call center, which we were not told when they answered the phone. It took us a couple minutes before we realized. She transferred us to the Farmington manager, however, the manager placed us on hold and we waited nearly 10 minutes. We finally hung up, called back again and had to go through all the prompts AGAIN. The woman on the phone started advertising us specials instead of just asking them to re-make our order. Finally, we got through to the Farmington manager. He did put in the order to re-make the pizza, however did not offer anything else to make it right. He did apologize for the situation, but it did not sound sincere. We had already made it to the parking lot by the time our order was finally placed. So we had to wait nearly another 20 minutes. I understand mistakes happen, however, the additional hassle of not being able to call the store is completely unnecessary. It would have been a lot easier if we could’ve just called, asked for the correct pizza, and picked it up. The call center mixed with already not having the correct food did not make for a pleasant experience.

I honestly wish I could give them zero stars. They tried blaming doordash for them making the food wrong. Then when they finally agreed to bring me the correct item that I had paid for. It took them 1 hour and 20 minutes for them to be able to deliver this. I called at 1 hour and 10 minutes into waiting and the woman claimed that it was out for delivery I asked if it would be hot she said yes it left the store hot and fresh It arrived to me cold. With very few pieces of bacon so it was basically like what I got before cheese and bread. I will no longer order from the snow location it’s the worst. I wish I wouldn’t have tipped the driver because that was at a ridiculous amount of time to be able to receive your food.

Visited in the evening on 1/28. Waited in the lobby after showing ready on my app for 37 minutes. They were obviously busy with only 4 staff but I observed absolutely no leadership and no communication with staff. Customers were not acknowledged at all whatsoever. Pizza orders sat on the rack and customers were going in the kitchen grabbing their own stuff because no one was reading off orders, staff just watched and didn’t seem bothered. After 37 minutes I got my order having no idea it was sitting on the rack the entire time getting cold, I should have grabbed it myself and cashed myself out like everyone else. 4 staff was enough for one to work the register and phone, 2 prep make pizzas and 1 to box orders but the issue was no one stepped up to lead. If they had a team lead or manager working it wasn’t obvious. Hopefully this location can understand this is a legitimate issue and the GM will work with the evening crew to correct it before it begins to hurt their buisness. Overall disappointing experience, It will be awhile before I return, I’ll wait on the Google reviews to show something has changed.

DO NOT ORDER!!

Grossly incompetent, order a pizza wait 1 hour, get a call they ran out of dough. Asked if I would like to wait another hour for dough. I said sure. 1 hour later another call asking if I want thin crust. I said no they said they’re still unloading the truck. I said I can wait. They said ok. Then subbed it out to DoorDash to tell me they’re cancelling it. Meanwhile I have no food 3 hours later and have to scramble just to get food this late AND wait on a refund.

This escapade started with call in to order. We were greeted on the phone by “Kevin” who seemed like the most professional person affiliated with this Papa John’s….. however, consider me less than surprised to discover he was not local to our area… let alone even remotley aware of the situation this business was dealing with. We arrived 20 minutes after our estimated pick up time, and still waited an hour in the parking lot… but let me tell you… it was entertaining. During our hour wait there was at least 5 Karen’s that stormed out screaming about calling corporate they were so mad at the service they recieved. 4 tired dad’s that walked out scratching or shaking their head at the clamdamery that they had just witnessed inside, and 3 employees that came outside to call someone to complain (with gusto) about how miserable their job is, and how badly they despise the world and everyone in it (I am choosing to paraphrase to keep this review pg). I will say, the pizza didn’t taste horrible, but it was not hot when we did finally get it. They didnt give us the right sauce we asked for but the one we got wasn’t uneditable. IMO you’d prolly be better off buying your own ingredients and making it yourself… it would certainly save you alot of unnecessary negativity, hate, and hassle. It definitely seems like this place is desired in this area hopefully they can find a better form of management to at lest make the employees happier because that was definitely a group of disgruntled folks working in there. I genuinely do feel sorry for the employees (good luck fellas)

Tried to order online, the website was down. Called and got transferred to a call center in India. Finally went to pick up my order. The 2 guys working said they had to “find the dough” also saying that they didn’t have any of the ingredients to nake the pizza. “It may be a while to find the dough”
Only the 2nd time ordering there, really sad because I liked them when they were here the first time.

This is the worst business to order online websight I’ve ever tried to use and finally closed it account just finding how to order, not able to custom order even if your paying for it, no assistance or help menue offered, so after wanting a supreme pizza that is standard but here your limited to three or four totL toppings and CA not even add for extra cost.
What I got from the site is appears what is their equal to a standard Supreme is going to cost more than average. Ost from other ompanies in Fzrmington.
I think or know from past experience from another city they were at that time excellent but seems like customer services and quality of service has defflently suffered.
So I’m not speaking about the quality of staff at site or quality of the food and by time I got around d calling the store was closed, so went another pizza and got it the way I wanted it. Sorry but if you go to the store I’m sure they are much easier to order your pizza your way very easier and at Pease 45 minutes less, but pick their offered choice as standard with two to three items it’s easy.

This is the second time ordering from this location the 1st time we ordered 6 pizzas only 3 arrived the other 3 were sent out after I complained. The 2nd order for 6 pizzas we had only 2 that were entirely cooked & delivered hot, the other 4 were cold, doughy, mangled. I made the phone call to complain I spoke to one of the employees she asked if I wanted to speak to the manager I said yes that would be great but the manager did not come to the phone. The employee came back on the phone & said she was going to fix this order. Well we will see how it gets corrected. The final thing I will say I am finished with papa John’s if this is the way your customers are treated.
