Ordered the meal around 4:15. I was told the food would be delievered by 5:15. 5:45 rolls around and still no food. I called the store to be informed I am waiting for a Door Dash driver to accept my order. I’m told my pizza has been waiting for someone to accept it, so it’s been sitting there for a while. I’m told they the store won’t deliever it…. Awful experience to wait more than an hour and be told they won’t do anything to fix the problem besides refund my order.

Ordered food ahead of time online to be ready at 6:30 and my 3 pizzas were not done till 7:15. 2 other people also waited. People came and ordered in person and got food before mine or the other person waiting got ours. Lady upfront kept saying 10 minutes. If I had known I was going to wait 45 minutes I would have got and gotten a frozen pizza to make myself.

We ordered ahead (online) for 3 pizzas to be picked up at 6:30 and it was not ready until 7:15. I sat in the lobby with another customer who had also been waiting for an order. 2 people came in and ordered while we waited and they got their food before us. If I had known it was gonna be 45 minutes, I would’ve gone home and gotten a frozen pizza, and made it myself but the front Lady kept saying 10 minutes.

We arrived and waited without a greeting. Everyone seemed to be working.* I left for a moment and was spoken to by Davonte, on their way out of the business door with pizza. Davonte assisted me. They were kind and helpful.

Pineapple and Canadian Pizza. Was still steamy fresh; the Pineapple was NOT. The pineapple was old. Color of the pineapple was almost orange – actually the color of the gracing stars for this rating. Pineapple was inedible. So it was a very good Canadian bacon pizza…. Pineapple piece to the left was fresh, the rest were old and yuck.

I used to enjoy this location’s pizza quite a bit. Not only has the food quality fallen off a steep cliff, but getting delivery is also a nightmare. Their delivery person(s) never ring the doorbell or knock – they just toss the box on the ground and run away. So within seconds my pizza is swarmed with ants crawling into the box. And we have to tip drivers… why, again? Terrible service. I haven’t ordered from here in a few weeks now, and I doubt I ever will again. Used to be pretty good for the price, but now it’s just all around horrible.

Ordered online delivery. Had my food in less than an hour. They gentleman who delivered my food was fast, super friendly and respectful, hard to find nowadays, and my food arrived hot and intact. If I ever have opportunity to stay in this area, I will definitely order from them again.
