I ordered from the Domino’s at least once a month and order from them during the winter apocalypse of 2026… I was fully expecting for our food to arrive later, be cold, or it to be messed up since I’m sure everybody was ordering this time of the year… I was blown away by the fact that this is the best dominoes I’ve had in well over a decade! I did call the store to let them know, but very much appreciated a nice, well-made order from this location!! Bravo!

2 orders ago a pizza was missing. Had to call but they sent it… whole order was very late.
Today’s order they were missing a side. Refused to pay back the total amount, tax or tip, so I had them send me a side free of charge… which hopefully will arrive.
Otherwise the food is very good. Today’s delivery was fast, just incomplete. My rating is based on the fact that they didn’t follow through with automatic refund. I had to waste time on call and hold to then not get refunded. Now I’m waiting for it to be resolved. We will see.

Y’all should really look back at your camera footage from inside of the store sometimes. Aside from the guy making the pizzas tonight, The other two were nothing but a bunch of lazy immature Children. One guy was picking his nose and actually eating it over by where the pizza is put when it’s finished. As well as too busy watching his phone to help people who walk in. And the other, used the office chair as a ride out to his car.

Donald was absolutely AMAZING!! Things happen, but my kids still LOVE Papa John’s. We HAD to stop using the Jungermann location as there was ALWAYS issues. People make mistakes, but Donald solved the issue FAST!! I didn’t want the refund, I wanted the pizza. If I were a TERRIBLE customer, I probably could’ve gotten both but NO NEED!! THIS is our new Papa John’s location!! Thanks again Donald.

This is the worst Papa John’s I have ever been to. When I entered to pickup up my order 10+ other customers were also waiting. However, there was no one assisting the customer even through there was multiple orders sitting out. I asked the guy in the front if he could read out the done orders but he completely ignored all of us. Customers started walking behind the counter to see if their orders were ready. One DoorDasher even put on an apron and join the crew to try to help them catch up. After people started getting yelled out for checking the boxes to see if theirs was done, they finally started handed out the pizza. Many other people were waiting 30+ mins and 20 of those minutes, the pizza was just sitting out. I understand the store is probably short staff (they had 4-5 people working) but it was a total mad house in there. I will never visit this location again. I would rather go to any other pizza place on that strip.

made a call ahead at 3pm for 7pm and they delivered at 340pm. I called and was talking the a rude person that said okay okay we will redeliver at 7pm I called back at 710 was told

Ordered a large stuffed crust pizza, it was Supposed to have Alfredo sauce on it but instead I received a pizza with marinara sauce on it. I tried calling the store and just sat on hold the entire time, attempting to have them make it right. Absolutely terrible customer service and sloppy management. Do better with your company. Although the delivery guy was nice.

Disappointed in the partnership with door dash versus in house delivery. Our delivery driver carried the pizza boxes on its side in a tote. Our pizza toppings had totally slid around due to the driver carrying it on its side…

If you’re going to order from Papa John’s don’t order from this one. I ordered a pepperoni pizza tonight and it looks like they burnt it originally and then put more cheese on it to try to fix it. Almost all of the pepperoni is under the cheese. The cheese is hard. And you can’t take a bite out of a slice without everything else coming off with it. Honestly, I should be glad I got the drink I ordered too. The last time I ordered from this location I wasn’t given my whole order.
