I paid for two extra marinara sauces. I came in and place an order applying coming back to pick it up and getting home I did not receive the two cups a pizza sauce that I had paid for. This really is just a simple job. I do understand that people do make mistakes ,that’s cool …but when you’re high on your horse and you can’t even do the same thing or complete the same thing that you require that right there is a shame.

I placed an order online and wanted to change the pizza sauce base to Alfredo. After about 10 minutes, a customer service rep finally answered the phone—only to tell me to hold again. So all in all, I waited nearly 25 minutes just to get ignored. That was the last straw. They don’t have to worry about my money anymore.
When the order arrived, it was a complete disappointment. The pizza looked awful—the dough was dry, the presentation was terrible, and it tasted just as bad. I’ve never been so dissatisfied with a pizza order.
Their customer service is horrible, and their food and presentation are just as bad. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—do not order from this location. Honestly, I’m just about done with Papa John’s altogether. Try Pizza Hut or Imo’s, because Papa John’s definitely isn’t it.

This is the second time I ordered from this location and both times my order was not right.
They won’t answer when you call and if they do once you tell them you would like to speak to a manager they put you on hold and never come back to the phone. The pizza was nasty it didn’t even taste like Papa John’s pizza in addition to that they got my order wrong. It’s sad but moving forward I will only be ordering from the Florissant location their food is always delicious and cooked properly. Management and staff at the Hallsferry location is very helpful and courteous.

I pick up Doordash orders from here all the time and every single time, the poor employees have like 50 orders. Yet every time, they’re focused, not throwing or slamming things around, kind and professional, and fast. Even with the giant list of orders I usually don’t wait too long. I’ve never personally ordered here so I can’t speak on the food, but all the employees I’ve dealt with have been phenomenal hard workers and just nice people.

0 stars!! Ordered online $200 worth of food for a volleyball team to be delivered to hotel. I paid a delivery fee and left tip. Order was never delivered and no one picked up the phone when we called. Sent my husband to the store to see what the problem was and they said our order was ready a long time ago and that they don’t do delivery. Called the next day to speak to a manager to get my fee and tip refunded only to have her stop talking to me and act like no one was on the phone! Calling corporate. Worst customer service ever!!!

Every time I order from this place it’s always something. The last time I ordered the pizza wasn’t done. When I called the store the girl that took the order had a nasty attitude. I decided to try them again (yes it was a bad idea) this time my food never came. The app said it was delivered but it wasn’t. I tried calling the store and was on hold for 55 minutes trying to get my money back. Noone answered the phone. This Papa John’s need to be closed. I always hear something about this store.

I just had acl surgery 3 days ago so I don’t have a ride to the store or anything I called store #287 multiple times to speak with a manager about my order but she placed me on a hold never got her name or anything I was on hold for almost hour after being on hold for 50 minutes and 20 seconds then she picked up and hung up the phone. This is very unprofessional behavior and a sad situation for me and my kids because now I’m out of money and we are still hungry very unsatisfied customer I will never eat here again

Pizzas are ALWAYS TOO SMALL! Why are my pizzas so baggy in the box?? Ordered MEDIUMS. Box clearly say 12inch… Pizzas BARELY measured 10 inch. ordered 2 other times. 3rd time is NOT a charm. Won’t order from here again.

Had multiple orders from this store with issues with the quality of the food and the service. Here are the new oreo bites we ordered. Did not get the glaze, and they taste like dough. Never will order these again. Maybe the chocolate chip double brownie would be a good choice next time.
