Staff at this store is more worried about playing and telling stories than fulfilling orders especially for doordash. Second time in a row I was lied about the order being in the oven and 15 minutes later apparently it hasn’t even been started

I normally have a good experience here, as well as good pizza. However, I recently ordered a couple of “New York Style” pizzas b/c they just looked good in the commercials and I figured I’d give them a try. When I got home and opened the boxes, I saw what amounted to two, basic Large pizzas. Nothing special about them, unless you think having a couple pieces without a crust is special (see pic’s) If you feel ordering a supposed larger “New York Style” should actually give you a larger pizza than normal, then I would pass. The pepperoni is the most blatant of all and you can easily see that it doesn’t come close to filling out the box. Naturally, I wouldn’t advise ordering the New York Style from them and I’ll likely be looking elsewhere for my pizza fix for at least the short-term. I did review the order through their corporate review but have received no feedback since. I paid $3-$4 extra per pizza for the “New York Style” vs a normal large so I feel like I’m out money I shouldn’t have been.

This is the first time I had ever purchased from this Papa John’s and it will definitely be the last. I was passing through the area and noticed a Papa John’s so I figured I’d order pizza. This was by far the worst pizza I have ever ordered. When I got home and took a slice out of the box, the majority of my toppings fell right off. Upon further inspection, there was almost no cheese on this pizza. A couple slices had an acceptable amount but the rest of the pizza had just a couple pieces of cheese per slice. All I had in my fridge was cheddar so I sprinkled it on and melted it. When I bit into the pizza, the dough was still raw. The very bottom of the pizza was cooked but not very much. Every bit of dough underneath the toppings, all the way to the edge, was still raw. I had purchased one thin crust and one original crust and apparently, they only cooked them until the thin crust pizza was almost done. Even the thin crust had a little bit of uncooked dough on it. These pizzas were absolutely not worth the price that I pay for a Papa John’s pizza. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. That was my mistake but with the reviews this place has, I’m surprised they’re still in business. I could have went elsewhere, spent half the money I did, and gotten a better pizza.

That older lady working sundays around 6pm is ignorant as all hell.. all attitude for no reason.. if yall didn’t want to use customer service with third party drivers why use us? We shouldn’t have to deal with that type of behavior in a workspace.. technically we’re coworkers for that period and i feel discrimination and hatred from that womans attitude and smart remarks.

I am a DoorDash driver, and I showed up at 10:40pm for an order a customer made. The kid working said “we cancelled that. We are closing in 20 minutes.”
Im very upset not only for driving all the way to pick the order up, but also because this customer isn’t getting their food, even though they ordered in ample time before the restaurant actually closes. Management needs to do something about this, because it is unacceptable. I’m actually appalled.
I have a ton of restaurant experience, and would never do that to a customer. Papa John’s isn’t even good pizza anyway. Honestly now that I think of it, probably did the customer a favor.

Papa John’s site and Google say they are open till 11 but they are not. Takes 2 minutes to update a site and not cost your customers the inconvenience of having the amount of their order on hold with their bank. Poor management leads to poor service. Do better.

I called to order 2 large pizza’s for a delivery order. I ordered a pepperoni and a Philly steak and cheese. When they were delivered one was correct the was not…. I called them and asked what was exactly on the Philly steak, now everyone usually knows what is on it. Steak, onions peppers and cheese, which was not what I got. I got a original pizza with steak add to it…. NOT A PHILLY.. had to drive the pizza back to the store to prove it wasn’t it. The employee proceeded to tell me that the CALL CENTER placed the call and that’s what I order. No, I told him that I stated 3 times on the phone call that I wanted to order a Philly… He told he was just letting me know that is what was ordered. He went ahead and remanded the pizza to the correct one. I don’t know about others but a call center works only for some businesses and not well for others. Personally they did better when you would call in and order with a real live person at the store instead of a call center which has a very high rate of making mistakes. Put people back to work in the store and dump the call center.

We were in town from out of state to visit family and ordered through the app. Changed the address in the app, the order showed the order was sent to the Washington store. It was not. When we went to pick up order there was no record of it. Through some sort of tech snafu, the order was instead sent to our usual location at home.
After hearing what happened, the WashMO Papa John’s filled the order anyway so that we were not out the money. This act of excellent customer service was very appreciated! We will remember this next time we are in town and looking for a pizza fix.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst service I’ve experienced anywhere, terrible service. I walk in to place an order to go and the man working instantly gets frustrated with me, for placing an order inside. He rolls his eyes and has a very rude demeanor for absolutely no reason. He tells me it’s not okay to place an order inside and I ask why and he says, “honestly because it’s just me in here and I’ll have to clean it all up”. I ordered one pizza dude. I don’t know who you are hiring, but you should take a better look. And the reason I ordered inside is because 90% of the time they get my pizza wrong so I come inside to order now. Who ever worked Sept 10th at 8 pm should not be employed there. Update: he told me his name was Dakota.
