Placed orders to be delivered to my home, and another guest also ordered to be delivered at the same time. When the food came, one order was fresh, one had clearly been sitting out and not heated. We called the store and spoke with the manager. She offered to either remake or refund my money to which I said refund. All would have been good at that point, but then she proceeded to blame us since the orders didn’t come in at the exact same time and admitted to letting the one order sit for 10 minutes! She then proceeded to tell us that she wasn’t about to send one driver after another to the same address. I explained that I understood that but why would she send out pizza that had been sitting out clearly not under a heater, and not just remake those if that was an option? At that point she became very abrasive with me over the phone, told me “you’ll get your refund. Have the day you deserve” and hung up on me. HORRIBLE customer service at this location. Will never let my app default here and will suggest that others avoid it as well.

I placed an order on 9/24/25 and accidently entered the wrong home address numbers. When I noticed the driver circling the neighborhood I called the store and was shamed for entering the wrong address and was told they were cancelling my order. I asked for the managers name and was cursed at. The manager then marked my order as “delivered” and refuses to refund the $46 they stole from me. Very hostile and racist store in my opinion.

The staff were great and so was the food! It waa my first time to have Papa John’s, so it did not disappoint. We got the Epic one which had cheese in the the crust! The only thing was that I thought the bottom crust was too thin that I couldn’t hold my pizza slice properly because it was falling off. Other than that, I loved it!

Called the store and was routed to the call center order taking folks…got the order in, paid for it (150 was a luncheon for Autozone for heloing me a lot) over their secure system..gave a contact number..the manager called…told me door dash would be bringing my food…we don’t use any delivery service…so I said “I thought you had your own drivers…?” Manager said they did but did not think they would back in time. I said ” I don’t want door dash…” The manager then said “What tip do you want to leave?” I said “Just the delivery charge” Manager said “Door dash doesn’t get that” “I said None then”. Manager got angry and said “You have 150 order and don’t want to leave a tip?” I said “Never mind..I’ll pick it up..you can remove the delivery fee” Manager said “Your order WILL NOT BE A PRIORITY.” I said “What does that mean?” Manager repeated “It won’t be a priority” I said “Does that mean you won’t make it as it came in but skip it? Manager said “This is a delivery service” Now I’m confused.. I said “I thought I was talking to Papa John’s?” Manager said “That’s how my drivers get paid is tips” I said but I’m coming to pick it up. Was told again “My order would not be a priority and to think it over and call back what I wanted to do. By now I don’t trust that if and when my order was actually filled…what was done to it? Spit? Worse? So I lost my trust in this person. Called back to cancel the order and when Manager answered the phone I was told they were canceling the order. So had to call back in to order center, used Papa John’s Dorsett and they were FABULOUS…my pizzas were ready when I got there..gave mw 30% off 4 bottles of 2 liter drinks.. made up for this nightmare..geez .. a delivery service…must be getting a kickback from drivers for business…

Showed up to get my pizza at 12:49 and they just completely ignored me, said they were closed and refused to let me inside to grab my pizza but instead sat there and ate it. I had the order show as ready on the app and called also and they refused to answer the phone as well. I sat there knocking and they just ignored me. Absolutely horrible service, do not go to this place.

As if this place couldn’t get any worse…ordered a delivery order, they forgot my soda. Called back and while on the phone noticed my large pizza looked extremely small so I decided to measure it. As you can see in the picture it was a medium pizza even though I paid for a large. Told the manager and she said they can remake it and I can pick it up. Told her that I paid for delivery so you can have the driver deliver me the correct pizza with the 2 liter you forgot. She then hung up on me as I was speaking.
Called them back, same manager answered, said “oh I didn’t mean to hang up”. I told her that I need the correct pizza delivered and she said she would not do that. I said refund my money and she refused. Called their customer service and filed a complaint and getting my money back. It’s insane that you can be that under qualified to be a PAPA JOHNS MANAGER. Yeah, I’m lying about the size of my pizza just for fun. This lady needs to stay away from the work force.

On 11/30, these guys closed early and ignored the door. They let an order go through and be paid, marked an order ready, and were yelling that they weren’t going to answer the phone and that they were closed through the door. Everyone who worked that night should be fired.

My ordering experience was easy, but the delivery was not per its usual standard. Half the pizza, which was delivered just a few minutes ago, was off the bread (shown in the attached picture). I called multiple times before getting a response. Was offered a quality guarantee, to redeem the same order in the future.
