What a rude attitude of treating people. Who ever is the owner take an action otherwise you are one who is going to face the consequences. What right do they have to say any bad words to people and is this what they are serving to people? Better do something or you gonna face.

Due to some reason everytime I get pizza from here my stomach gets upset. I’m not saying it’s them and I don’t know what it is but it did happen every time. Spinach wasn’t fresh, cheese didn’t smell good at all and overall it didn’t have taste it was supposed to. Disappointed so far!

I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s multiple times (usually good for what you pay for). The wait was long, which is okay, that happens, but the pizza was terrible. I received cold, hard pizza… Called the store and they credited the order, but acted very upset when asked to send a new pizza. I didn’t want a free, cold pizza. I wanted a fresh, warm pizza, a pretty typical expectation when ordering a pizza. Haha needless to say will not be eating here for a long while.

I called Kaylee answered I requested light garlic on my bread sticks she refused to take request and basically advised I not place my order because she can’t guarantee that she will be able to notate that onto the label for my breadsticks. Absolutely unacceptable and rude. I used to own a papa John’s franchise and would never hire such employees. Being a corporate store it’s not a concern for regional managers to see how customers are being treated.

I was really shocked by the racist and rude attitude of the female employee. She had a racist attitude when we came in to order and chased us out of the store even though we didn’t say anything. The store owner can review the camera to see how rude she was. We will not be coming here again. Unacceptable experience at Papa John’s Chesterfield.

By far the worst staff operating a pizza place I have ever encountered. Very unfriendly and incompetent at their job. Worst store ever. If the owner of this store is seeing this review you need to take the female associate from the job. How rude she is, dashers need some respect and they have to speak politely.

The female staff with the bun was very rude, racist to Asians, and condescending to me and my friend when we arrived. When we entered the door, she looked us unfriendly, then she told us to “bye, don’t be here anymore, we never accept you” even though we were just asking for an order. We were shocked and we will never eat at Papa John’s again. How rude it is!
