If u want to wait 3 hours for cold pizza that looks like this! I do not recommend this store. They didnt even call to say the pizza would be 3 hours. They didnt even make the situation right. They said if u want a free pizza on your next order we could do that.

While I was visiting to pick up my order. I couldn’t help but notice a very old toddler screaming about a pizza mixup. The person called in the food to be delivered. And found it convient enough to come down pizzaless to complain about his pizza.
My two cents.
Manager was very polite and offered up a possible outcome as to why the “pizza” was wrong.
Another employee noticed my grimace and immediately got my food.
Food was good thank you and I am sorry some children never age.

Called at 630ish had to speak to the call center. The phone is nothing but static hard to hear. Took an hour to get my pizza and it was wrong. I called back and let ring for 15 minutes no answer. I called 4 More times before they finally answered. They said they would send it out as soon as a driver got back. I repeated pls do not put cheese on the pizza. The manager said he would make sure. He didn’t put cheese like I asked on it. But they gave me stuffed crust. 2 times they tried and still couldn’t get it right. For a 35 dollar order they sure don’t care

Literally waited like the guy who took my order told me. The 1 hour and 30min before it would be ready to be picked up. I showed up to a completely dark and empty Papa John’s. Website said it closed at 11p, it was only 10p.

Placed my Order at 9:04pm tonight and around 10:01 pm the tracker said my Pizza was delivered by Kynzle. Called the store at 10:15 to report this and I’ve been left on hold for 25 minutes. Sad that this store is straight ignoring calls and literally just scammed me out of my money! They shut their phones off at 10:45pm so now i will have to call tomorrow to resolve this. This is the 3rd issue I’ve had with this store in the last 2 months. Dont recommend anyone waste their time or money here.

So we were going out for our friends anniversary and we decided that we were going to go to Walkers Bluff and have dinner. We arrived at Walkers Bluff at 6:15pm. We waited almost three hours and still never got our food! We called papa John’s, ordered three pizzas, went back home and ate great pizza. Our pizza was timely and hot. Anyway, happy 33rd anniversary to our friends.

They left my order on my neighbors doorstep, after an hour of waiting for the order to be made… Free pizza for them I guess. Delivery dude said “You had a note saying you can’t answer the door”, even though I had my door wide open, waiting… After that, all of a sudden I was right and it was delivered next door. Remake I guess… This is only my second time ordering, the first time I ordered, it came almost an hour and a half after I ordered it.
When the delivery guy brought my order back from remaking it, he dropped the top box… He offered me a free pizza, but after my first/last 2 orders, I don’t think I’ll ever order from here again. If anything a free pizza is offensive, when my tip to you was a pizza itself, and you couldn’t get it right the first time. When I finally decided to make sure my order was correct, they put only 2 marinara for each, even though I ordered 6 containers of cheese sauce, them cheese sauces ain’t cheap. Feels like I got scammed, but from a big chain, holy hell…
