We ordered online paid online drove 25 minutes to pick up the pizza through a rain and hail storm. We got the pizza home and it was not our pizza at all. I called. They said come back. We’ll make it for you again. That is not good enough. They did not offer any coupons any expense for our gas to come over there or our time. That is unacceptable. We will not be back.

Worst pizza place and experience ever. Nobody wearing gloves while making pizzas, put the order in at 545 online. It said 605-615 for pickup. Here it is 645 and still no pizza. Very unprofessional place and unorganized. There’s 3 people touching food with no gloves. Needless to say we won’t be a returning customer to this location

I’ve been to this location several times in the past year or so. The staff are always pretty friendly and the pizza has always been good. This most recent visit, The girl at the counter even pronounced my last name correctly, which is rare. Bonus points!

The pizza was well done to almost burnt, and my cheese sticks were sadly subpar—since this is why I wanted to try them again. It also took at least 20 minutes over the estimated time of delivery. The delivery guy apologized for the delay—but it still can’t save this place. Papa John’s is definitely not worth the money anymore.

Last experience with this Papa John’s was horrible but everyone has a bad night, thought i would give them another try, my mistake.
Ordering was easy online, had a coupon, that too was easy to add. That was the good part of this order.
Delivery time was1 1/2 to 2 hours, seems a little excessive but ok, I can wait. Had the tracker so I knew when to expect them, since I’m at work. 1 hour later it says out for delivery, I’m happy going to be early. WRONG. 45 min later I get my order, the store is 7 blocks away.
The driver had the Pepsi in with the hot items, so not only was the Pepsi warm and the food cold, the food boxes were smashed. Ok I’m a big girl, I can handle a little smashing of my food, not like I’m paying for it. OH YEAH I AM.
Needless to say the order wasn’t right either, wanted light sauce, sauce was so heavy my crust tore when i picked it up.
Do yourself a favor order from somewhere who wants return business.

paid $40 for pizza that arrived late and made everyone that ate it sick. i would have been better off just picking up some frozen pizza.

So do yourself a favor and dont get the alfedo sauce unless you want to drink this pizza. I was told by an employee the sauce is always runny like this. I threw the pizza away.
