I would buy from Papa Jhons alot but now you want to limit how many toppings. If and when I get Pizza I want lots of toppings and I usually get Wings and sometimes dessert. When you don’t limit anymore I will order again.

Don’t know who cooked our pizzas but they were some of the best we’ve ever had. Called to speak with the manager Zack and he was friendly and professional. Fabulous experience! Looked so good we started eating before taking pictures!

These absolute giga-chads went out of their way to hand-deliver a single pizza to me, an overnight worker in Glen Carbon, all the way from Collinsville (Glen Carbon store is undergoing renovations currently).
They did this in a timely manner, pizza still hot, prep and presentation impeccable, and all handled with the utmost grace.
I failed to get the manager and delivery driver’s names, but you guys have my eternal gratitude. Hats off to you, boys .

Beware if you order through Uber or anything else they put your order to the bottom of the list. 90 min for a pizza is insane. Only reason we order this slop is because we get a free one from a deal on uber.

I recently ordered from Papa John’s and while the pizza was great, the service left much to be desired. I received a text saying my pizza was ready, so I went to the restaurant to pick it up. When I paid for the pizza, the lady at the counter just walked away, and a few minutes later, a man came up to tell me they had to remake the pizza. He said it would be another 6 minutes, but after waiting 20 minutes, I finally got my pizza. I was really disappointed with the lack of an explanation or apology for the delay. I wasn’t feeling well and was hoping to quickly grab my order and go, but the service made it a frustrating experience. I appreciate the pizza itself, but the overall service could definitely use improvement.

I ordered three pizzas, an order of cinnamon pull aparts, and Tuscan cheese sticks. I asked for the pizzas to be well done and they came barely cooked. The cinnamon pull aparts had all of the topping to one side and seemed to be an old order. The Tuscan cheese sticks were loved by my girlfriend, but I think her hunger just got the better of her. I called and spoke to a manager and he hung up on me after saying I would be refunded.
