Ordered a pan pizza square cut.. it’s cut like a regular pizza.. delivered with doordash.. guy didn’t even have anything to put the pizza in to keep it warm. Everytime I get a pizza delivered with doordash I don’t even want it. Pizza is cold. Please just read what people want.. if you can’t read the words “square cut” then why are you working at a pizza place?

I ordered a papadilla online and this is what it looks like. BBQ chicken bacon and there’s no my even any BBQ sauce on it, just looks disgusting. I’m told they can’t refund it but they can give me a credit which I say “fine I’ll just do that and share my experience with some pictures” and then the person on the phone said “actually, I won’t be doing that for you” and hung up.

I order carryout most times via the mobile app. The online/app specials make it worth while. So far, every time I’ve come in everyone is very friendly and attentive. The pizza has been made properly, it’s fresh (I look at the tracker and arrive on time) & delicious!

I ordered a large pizza(stuffed crust) because they said, “Only a large size pizza comes with stuffed crust.”
Two of my kids are autistic, so they are very picky. Hence stuffed crust. I have never seen them push a pizza away ever. Yet, they won’t even eat it. I was hoping for a chicken alfredo pasta bowl. I paid 8 dollars for just pasta toppings. Very disappointed. I wish they would have told me it doesn’t come with any pasta. The person taking the order was very friendly. Yet, did not tell me I’m paying eight dollars for some toppings. When I called and explained this, he just hung up on me.
Pointless to order there. I wasted $40.38 for everything.
I guess I can save the toppings and make my own noodles… Very disappointed though and never will I order here again. Horrible customer service. I shouldn’t have given them a 5* after the call, had I known it was all for none. No wonder the delivery guy was quick to leave without me writing a tip. I’m sure they already add those to the total now anyway. Never again.

Papa John’s is consistently the best pizza chain around. The Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza was really good, and the Spicy Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza really hit the spot. The sauce is good, and there’s plenty of cheese. Even the edge of the crust was a treat. I always order extra garlic sauce, and the pizza sauce is great for dipping your stuffed crust.

I hadn’t eaten at Papa Johns since I was a kid and I was pretty excited to try it again. The pizza didn’t have any cheese on it and it was cold which was a surprise. The only good part was that they had good garlic sauce. It was a bad experience and maybe I just remember Papa John’s Pizza from my childhood and it didn’t compare at all.

With all the problems trying to get fresh, hot, good food delivered these days we don’t order out very often. Papa John’s has once again proved to us that they are not like any other place. We got hot fresh pizza, wings, and desert and it showed up at our doorstep sooner than the time they told us. Thank you Papa John’s for the Delicious food.
