I ordered pizza oon the website page for my children. I paid cash it was 40 minutes late on the delivery and not to mention it was the wrong order. They didn’t answer the phone so I took it up there the girl Alex claimed to be a manager was very rude and disrespectful said she would give me the refund then she refused to then told me maybe I shouldn’t have ordered there. The whole time I waited for them to remake my order while being extremely busy SHE ALEX was outside the whole time and also there was so much food on the floor while she wasn’t doing nothing at all. DONT EAT HERE UNLESS THAT ALEX GIRL IS NOT LONGER THERE SHE IS DESTROYING THAT PLACE.

Every time Ive ordered, Ive had to wait atleast 20 minutes longer longer than what the app says. I understand that they are extra busy sometimes but if its not done, don’t tell me its done and ready to be picked up. Current staff seems under-trained and they rush everything. I’ve been given pizza where the dough hasn’t been stretched properly and is still raw through out the pizza on multiple occasions. If you are going to order here, I would only recommend the pepper that comes in the pizza box.

Black dude who wears the lilo and stitch hat should be letgo, he’s more baked than my raw pizza that I waited 50 minutes for, watched him come from his car out back smoking to meet him inside to finish off the 2 pizzas that said they were ready 30 min ago on the website. I wouldn’t go back even if its the 9.99 deal, I had to wait in the parking lot for 30min past the time it said it was ready and both pizzas were thrown away, dude put a half bottle of garlic oil all over made the middle a oil spill absolutely hands down the worst pizza ive had for a while nobody at home would eat it.

Alex was EXTREMELY rude to my husband when he called in to ask if we could have a fresh pizza made as our order was going to be close to an hour late. She refused. While waiting for a dasher to pick up our order they dropped it which means now its going to be further out than an hour on a $50+ order… she was Adamant that our pizza sitting in the warmer for close to an hour was acceptable for our dinner tonight.
a complaint was filed towards corporate because what do you mean your sending out pizza on the brink of the 1hr 30min timelime before you throw it out.. that means that youre willin gto give a almost expired pizza to a dasher instead of making sure a fresh hot pie is going out the door…. I hope to GOD nobody gets sick from her irresponsible actions.

Terrible experience. Ordered a large Philly cheesesteak plus mushrooms stuffed crust pizza for delivery, paid 35.00 after delivery and tip and received a cold pizza with barely anything on on but cheese! Called to complain and sat on hold for 30 mins. This place used to be awesome but now it’s definitely not worth spending your money on. Skimpy ingredients at a premium price with NO CUSTOMER service! You deserve minus 5 stars!!

The pizza is about what you would expect from a Papa John’s, but, the customer service is an absolute joke. Ordered carryout and waited for it to finish only to discover that they mistakenly sent my order on a delivery. Waited 10 min for my order to get re-made. They neglected to make half of the order and what they did make was wrong.
Workers are more concerned with talking, joking and swearing during the rush than concentrating on getting orders and labels right. And they seem to think messing up is funny. The manager did scold the teen workers on swearing in front of customers but tacitly allowed them to continue goofing off

I called because the coupon they handed out at the community Trick or Treat wasn’t working online. I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. So the coupon was never honored and even if I wanted to order food, is there someone working here? Guess not because no one ever answered the phone.

Placed an ahead delivery to be delivered at 5. Didn’t come till 6:15.
Since it was baked at 4:45, the pizza was old and not very warm.
When i called to cancel my order I get told it was already out for delivery.
I now remember why I stopped ordering from here. If you know youre going to be late delivering a pizza, at least make fresh pizzas for the customers that have been waiting an hour for their food.

The pizza is pretty good. I’ve been satisfied every time I’ve gotten it. On the first Tuesday of the month they have Customer Appreciation Day, which is a nice deal. That’s one of the best times to get pizza there for sure.
