A week ago,Food was cold when arrived. Was told an hour and a half before delivered. Called hour and 45 minutes later to find out what was going on. Was informed that people preparing my food were not feeling well and running behind. Was also told by a reliable source my order had to be made 5 different times. So therefore was told wrong amount of time and still waited additional 45 minutes on top of the 90 I was told. Food was prepared by sickly staff and delivered cold. Then to top it off delivered by a door dasher that had no change when I told I was paying cash. Very disappointed. I will not be ordering from this location ever again. I also know how they treat their staff.

So I literally just left, my pizza is luke warm because I had to wait an extra thirty minutes because I think a lady gave my cheese sticks to someone else. There’s hardly any cheese on my pizza, my pizza isnt even cut through all the way?? and almost all the toppings are on one side. The girl in the red redbirds hoodie and the girl with the (emo? I apologize.) makeup were super sweet though. (I tore the crust by accident)

Horrible customer service from the manager who calls herself Stacey. Found long strand of hair in pizza. Also pizza was supposed to be without mushrooms which it also says on our receipt “no mushrooms”. So we called to make a complaint and asked for a refund. So “Stacey” claimed she was the manager and that she was the highest person we could talk to and refused to refund our money but that we could drive back in and remake our pizza. We said we’re not going to drive back in as we have now lost our appetite and just want a refund. She said this was not possible. So after talking amongst ourselves we called again about 10 min later and found out that “Stacey” was lying, she wasn’t even a manager. Diana, the real manager, confirmed that Stacey lied. Diana said that this time only, they could refund our money and that from now on they would need to have a manager check our order for accuracy. By the way I will include a picture of our mushrooms off of a few slices of pizza we tried to pick off and also a picture of the hair. This is no way to handle upset customers when you were clearly at fault with getting our order wrong. Stacey should be disciplined for blatantly lying and take ownership of her lies.

Avoid this store. You will spend $40-$50, they will deliver your order in several deliveries (because making sure you leave the store with the whole order is too difficult for them). So you spend $40 to eat cold pizza. Buy a frozen pizza, it’s cheaper, quicker, and equal quality

Last time I tried to oder they called back almost 30 minutes later and said they could not complete my order as they were short staffed almost an hour before close. Even though I order almost 40 minutes before they even responded!. I called the other location to place the order as suggested and they said they were no longer taking orders even though it was still within their business hours. 0/10. I have ordered from them for over 20 years. The local staff does not care at all. I waited almost 2 hours to find out that they would not be delivering my pizza and breadsticks. I will never be back again. Ill go ro my local caseys. No thanks!! They were even rude when they called me back and said they could not complete my order! I never complain, Because I have worked many years in the food industry, But the management and customer service is rediculious as everyone can see from other comments!

Had a great experience at this location. Staff was friendly and quick with getting me my order, and honestly the pizza came out so nicely that I felt the need to take a picture which had me thinking I might as well write a review! I appreciate the employees here for making it happen 🙂

This location and their employees need a huge shoutout. Placed an order before the store opened, there was an issue with the order (most likely my own fault), but the staff gave fantastic customer service and helped get the situation corrected. The level of customer service is greatly appreciated and really impressed me. Thank you to the entire staff for all of your help.

Do not give this place your business. The female manager who works in the evenings closes this store earlier than operating hours as if she’s too lazy to do her job and make a pizza as if that’a too challenging of a task for her to do.
She took my money and cancelled my order due to the order coming in late. She said she would not offer me a free pizza for compensation and for me to contact corporate. Rude and unprofessional and the evening female manager should not have a job in the service industry. Pathethic employee and work ethic.

Hi! I ordered from this store last night only for it to be “delivered” by door dash an hour later except for it never got to my apartment even though it said it was delivered. I then called papa John’s and they weren’t going to remake it and the boss was being super difficult with me, then he hung up. Won’t be ordering from there ever again. Thanks
