Papa johns accidently cut my pizza wrong but they were super nice about the mess up just had me come back for a remake. I’m leaving this review cuz they were the kindest people to me. I never gave them attitude I just said hey my pizza isn’t cut into squares I just got home. Idk who but the lady that answered the phone was very nervous and I wasn’t yelling at her at all or giving her attitude I was respectful toward her while she kept apologizing. The people tht work their are awesome but who ever is being rude/mean to tht lady needs to stop

I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza, half pepperoni half cheese. With light sauce and extra cheese. . . There’s no cheese on this pizza. I called. Was hung up on. I called back. I explained my pizza had no cheese. I was told to call back in a hour. (Very rudely and hung up on)

I called after ordering tonight I ordered an 8pc wing and when I opened it there was only 6 in the box so I was calling to see what happened?? And not only did someone answer but they asked if I could hold and then LEFT ME on hold for over 10 minutes. I wasn’t that mad at first I just wanted my wings brought out to me then when I hung up and called back they said it was the call center. Which is a dummy bc I didn’t think the call center sounded like a pizza restaurant in the background. Then said there was nothing he could do about the wings didn’t even offer to remake them nothing. Said I could get a free pizza like no dude I just wanted my wings. Then to top it off the pizzas were cut like garbage, and my Philly was almost inedible. Absolutely will not order here again. Food is too expensive anymore then for them to act like it’s no big deal. Terrible. Do better.

Messed up one of my pizzas pretty bad but more than corrected it. The kid remaking it put 4 cups of cheese on it and it ended up being one of the best pizzas I’ve had from local pizza places. Clearly never going to be as good as Chicago pizza or authentic Italian pizza but it was amazing. They were more than happy to fix the order and let me keep the messed up pizza. Would have been 5 stars but the building has almost no room or seating for customers waiting. Also not the cleanest place. But I feel my rating was generous and somewhat accurate when it comes to the flavor.

Online ordering doesn’t work, call it in the guy that orders don’t have a clue how to use a computer, online my price was, $17.59, He said my price for the same exact pizza was $21.59.
Got there to pick it up after waiting 25 minutes for two orders that were not taken, got home and the pizza was raw, the dough wasn’t cooked entirely, went back with the raw pizza waited another 20 minutes, got home , Raw again!
I ran 2 pizza huts in my past, 1 in Pekin, 1 in Morton, and never sent out a Raw pizza, this establishment needs to fire everyone and start fresh.We will never, ever order from this pizza place again.

Ordered here an hour before close they have no drivers I wonder why?This is 45 minutes AFTER I ordered on the phone and they call me and tell me this. The store is ran like absolute garbage and they talk to customers like dogs over the phone. I worked in pizza for years and this place is rated like trash for a reason stay away.
