Placed an order for delivery. Time slot stated 1 hour, after an hour and a half and seeing our pizza out for delivery for over a half hour I decided to call and check, was promptly hung up on. Attempted to call again and sat on hold for 10 minutes before I gave up. Pizza finally arrived. Papa Johns do better. If you don’t have the staff to handle delivery do not accept delivery orders. Or at least give a realistic time frame.

Just wanted to take a moment to commend those working the evening of 11/7/22. I’m a professional chef. We rarely eat out. But that day was an exception. We deal with some food allergies in our household and had ordered one pizza with no cheese via the app. Upon arriving home, we realized the pizza that shouldn’t have had cheese did. My husband called to let the store know, and we appreciate how y’all handled it so much. Not only did they have our corrected pizza made within 10 minutes, the gentleman working also gave us a pizza cookie for the inconvenience. Sir, you made my two little boys pizza party even better than we had planned. There’s just not enough thank you’s for that, and quality service deserves to be recognized. Also, the sweet young gal working was so kind and apologetic. THANK YOU FOR SUCH GREAT SERVICE!

Ordered a pizza tonight 1/15/23. There was a mistake made on the pizza. Called to talk to the manager and had a new pizza in my hands within 15 maybe 20 minutes. Manager was completely understanding apologetic and rectify the situation as fast as he could. Things happen but service was outstanding.

The owner is obviously discriminatory in his hiring practices. They have been hiring continuously for months, and I have submitted an application for driver 3 times. I have been in to the store to check on my application 4 times and the owner refused to even speak to me, rather each time he had another employee notify me that they are “not hiring”. I find this odd considering I have over 6 years of pizza delivery experience, 3 of which are with another Papa John’s, and I already know how to do everything in the store. I left contact and reference information for every place I have worked, all of which would give me a great reference if requested. Each time the owner refused to speak to me, I checked online and sure enough there was a current posting on several job websites for delivery drivers needed, updated within the past 3 days. It seems that someone with 6 years experience in the field would be exactly who the owner would be looking for, and at the very least he would be interested in speaking with me when I repeatedly showed up, dressed nicely, politely requesting to speak to someone about a job. Could it be because I am 36 years old? I was told by an employee that he only likes to hire “cute little girls”. I think most reasonable people would agree that this appears to be a clear case of discrimination. Certainly not a way to run a successful pizza shop. I would know.
