Very impressed with Papa John’s tonight! It was our first time ordering from the Ottawa location and one of our items was incorrect. They use doordash to do their deliveries, and when we called the store and told them our issue they personally brought our replacement! The guy was also super nice!

Man these employees have ISSUES. Multiple times I’ve walked in and there’s the guy with the long hair screaming and cursing in the back to himself for whatever reason…? Then there’s another guy who’s bald and wears a hat and is constantly rude to customers and his delivery people. He should NOT be getting away with the things I overhear him say to people while I’m sitting there. The food takes forever to be done now and I think i’m done visiting here. Sat and waited half an hour after it said it was gonna be done just for a 14” thin crust cheese pizza. Super weird and hostile environment.

Just as good as any other Papa Johns I’ve eaten at before. Some of these negative reviews seem odd. One star because they gave you a root beer instead of an iced tea? Lol doubt that person needs any extra sugar in their diet anyway. Try water, tubby.

We ordered two pizzas tonight and when our food was delivered, one of our pizzas was not what we ordered, so we asked the delivery driver to take it back and bring us the pizza we asked for. We ordered 3 hours ago, we have called numerous times, been very patient and polite, and we have only just now gotten our pizza. The manager said it would be within 20-30 minutes multiple times, and it was not.

I’ve never had a good experience here. Every other Papa John’s I’ve been to has been much better than this place. Bad food, bad attitude, bad atmosphere. I don’t even understand how it’s possible for me to have a bad experience every time but they’ve taken the cake.

Placed an order for delivery. Time slot stated 1 hour, after an hour and a half and seeing our pizza out for delivery for over a half hour I decided to call and check, was promptly hung up on. Attempted to call again and sat on hold for 10 minutes before I gave up. Pizza finally arrived. Papa Johns do better. If you don’t have the staff to handle delivery do not accept delivery orders. Or at least give a realistic time frame.

Giving the Ottawa, Il location a 1-star rating because it won’t go lower. Placed an order online and given the typical wait time of 45 minutes to one hour. Called 1.5 hours later and told it was on its way. Fast foward to a total wait time of almost 4 hours to get our food and I was understandably upset. I was promised by the owner of the location that our order would be replaced the next time we called. Did just that today, had the employee verify the order and again told 45 minutes. Food arrived just under 1.5 hours later and we recieved the wrong order. Manager on duty refused to correct the mistake and blamed me for it being wrong. Papa johns was our pizza choice for almost ten years and now tonight was the last time we order. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with them.

Ordered a pizza tonight 1/15/23. There was a mistake made on the pizza. Called to talk to the manager and had a new pizza in my hands within 15 maybe 20 minutes. Manager was completely understanding apologetic and rectify the situation as fast as he could. Things happen but service was outstanding.
