I tried the breadsticks instead and they are no better. Why advertise garlic parmesan and when I get them they’re dry and over cooked. It’s ramadan so these are my hours to eat. Was i able to eat these cement logs. NO
A great way to lose customers. I won’t be back. They get worse every time….Hard, dry and over cooked. Not to mention TINY. This is the only thing i order from here. I’m very disappointed.

Consistently, they prematurely press the order complete button when half my order is not finished. It was an additional 10 minutes before my whole order was complete. The extra garlic dip I paid for was crushed and leaking inside the box. We always ordered the butter garlic bread sticks because it has extra butter and seasoning and this time it barely had anything. It’s not like it used to be.

Worst thing you will ever get this is ridiculous. I’ve never gotten such bad wings. The advertisement is fake. These wings are very dry and they were cold. I called the store and they said it wasn’t there problem and ide have to call DoorDash for that . The second picture is what I had to do after. They should’ve looked like that when I first ordered them. It’s not my job to make the food look like the advertisement. Very very bad wings . Will never get from papa John’s again.

I placed an online order and didn’t notice an option to schedule an order. Usually delivery has been around 40 minutes for us, so I knew I’d be home. After I placed the order, the quoted wait time was about an hour… I called the store to push back the delivery time. I was told that I would get a call when the delivery person was at my door, so I mentioned that I might just be back in time- but I might not be. I asked if the person could just leave the pizza (because I’d only be a minute or so behind).
Well, we ended up being late, and I didn’t hear a phone call even though my ringer was on at maximum volume. The pizza was not on the porch or anywhere else, so I called the store.
The manager had the audacity to tell me that I wasn’t told that the pizza would probably be left on the porch. That’s not how it works. If your employee is wrong, the employee is wrong. Don’t pin it on me. And don’t allow your employees (this was a girl) to call women “chick”.
Not a classy establishment. The manager tried to make it up to us. I’m not sure that I’ll take him up on the offer.
When the pizza came, it looked like the toppings were only thrown on around 1/2-3/4 of the pizza.

Didn’t even get what I orderd contacted website and no response. Orderd the shaqaroni and paid extra to add sausage that of course I never got but Noone wants to respond of course. Update 3/2025 ive had nothing but problems with this location its ridiculous customer service is horrible they don’t give a damn about thier customers or trying to make things right. Won’t ever be going back to this location if I even order papa johns ever again way to many other options with better management and customer service. Do better papa johns!!!!

For no frills chain pizza, this was really good. Friendly staff too and super quick! Like, these guys can have a single pizza ready in 10 minutes when they’re not busy. Incredibly good prices in the app, too. Especially on Wednesdays.
