Placed and order for pick up and was instantly greeted when I walked in the door. I waited a few minutes for my pizzas to finish cooking since we had placed a large order. The manager Mersa was working and she made sure everything was perfect as o have a few picky eaters. Per request we asked for our pizza well done with our extra meats and it was cooked to perfection and extra garlic butter. Mersa was awesome and I cannot thank her enough for ensuring our order was perfect! Definitely will be visiting again soon!

Horrible, Horrible, horrible!! Ordered carry out because this location does not deliver to my home, followed their tracking app and arrived just after it told me the pizza was ready. Location was crowded as there was a Bears game about to start was told it would be ready momentarily. 20 minutes later, I was still waiting and the woman behind the counter was very rude. Said she would take care of the customers before the delivery drivers, which was quite the opposite. She kept sending the drivers for doordash and such out the door before the customers, stocking boxes changing printer paper, etc , not paying attention to anyone on our side of the counter. You could tell we were all getting frustrated. Someone asked me if I was upset that I was waiting and I said yes, that I’ve been waiting over a 1/2 an hour for a pizza that their app told me was ready and the woman behind the counter went off on me! Told me that they were working as hard as they could, as fast as they can and they could refuse service to me, that I could leave, they didn’t need my business that she wasn’t gonna stand there and have me berate her employees, which I did nothing of the sort. I asked her why their app told me my pizza was ready when clearly after a 1/2 an hour, it wasn’t. She had no answer for that. She asked me my name, I told her, she asked the employee in charge of the oven where ticket 103 was, and he said he was on ticket 120!! Thus, my order went out the door with a delivery driver!! WHAT???? She offered no apology whatsoever!!! She gave me 2 COLD pizzas, an order of breadsticks that were unbuttered and a brownie and told me to be on my way. I told her it wasn’t what I ordered, she said, this is what I’m giving you, would I like any soda? You have got to be kidding me?!?! This location obviously couldn’t handle the volume of business they were getting tonight. I was being verbally abused by who I would assume was a person in charge of this location at this particular time for something that wasn’t my fault. I arrived when they’re app told me my pizza was ready and after being there for a 1/2 hour simply questioned why I hadn’t received my pizza yet was verbally attacked. Corporate will be getting an email. Never again.

I come to the Shorewood location all the time. I love how friendly the crew is. The family atmosphere I receive whenever I come keeps me coming back. The cashier Makayla is so sweet she makes my pizza exactly the way I want it. Sometimes free bread sticks given yummy.

The service was not the best. The people at the front are not friendly, and they have the worst attitude. It could definitely be improved, but other than that the pizza is good. HOWEVER, I ordered online and checked that my order was placed correctly. I double checked and it looked fine, but they still managed to get my order wrong for both of the pizza’s I had gotten- I don’t know if their mood that day was NOT the best but that shouldn’t have impacted my order. Overall, I get pizza here once in a while and don’t have an issue with ordering from here.

Everybody know that the puberty is about hormones but come on guys. The behavior of this young people is ridiculous. Every single time when enter in this location, I feel invisible. And it’s not just me. Last time they told me it’s going to take 10 minutes. I was waiting for half an hour and I gave up. My personal opinion is that they don’t like 3rd party delivery drivers. I will reject all Papa John’s orders in the future. Mission accomplished.

The food is usually fine. That’s not the issue here. The service is awful. Waited 3 hours last night for our food and then the app showed it was delivered but it never arrived. I called the store 7 times, waited on hold and never spoke to anyone. I went in to the store today to get a refund. I was told the manager is busy in meetings. So I asked the front worker to issue the refund and was told “the internet isn’t working” even though they were clearly receiving new web orders at the same time. Still don’t have a resolution. Cant even complain the corporate because the complaint form requires a longer order ID than the store actually gives you. Save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Yazmin, the manager at Papa John’s, for truly exceptional customer service. There was an issue with an incorrect order, and Yazmin went above and beyond to make it right. She was professional, kind, patient, and genuinely cared about fixing the situation—not just quickly, but the right way.
She turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a great one. It’s rare to see someone take such pride in their work and treat customers with that level of respect and care. Because of Yazmin, I’ll absolutely continue ordering from this location.

Pizza was a bit underwhelming for the first time but not bad by any means (I’ve worked in good pizza spots before so I hope I’m not being too critical), the employee that attended me was very helpful and kind was expecting more flavor out of the stuffed crust but for a quick dinner isn’t bad

The food used to be so good. But now the last 3-4 times we have ordered from there the food has been so bad. It looks just awful. I guess we will find a pizza place that takes quality serious. The cut on the pizza is a mess, the half cheese is a quarter cheese, the Buffalo chicken papadilla had so much Buffalo sauce had to wipe off on to Napkins and it still was swimming. Just gross!

Better than I expected. Sauce was tasty better than two other places I go too. The Oreo bites are amazing. Highly recommend. I would definitely return again over two other places I rather not mention. Also loved the sweet pepper in corner and pizza seasoning. Was ready when I arrived.
