We had a Communication conflict with address and needed to cancel our order when with this location we travel the world frequently based upon our jobs when we purchased the order over the app, we called the store immediately to let them know that that is not our location and not our address that we are at,
we then needed to resolve and cancel our order in a timely fashion. as the personnel on the other line of the phone store personnel proceeded to tell us that the pizzas were already in the oven and that he refused to cancel our order. We told him that we apologize and that we do not have a location where we are at to deliver the pizzas that we are in another state. we needed to cancel the order he refused The order to be canceled and proceeded with conflict to not resolve or canceling the order.
At this point, it became theft and stealing our money and claiming the pizza as his own and not resolving the issue.

First time, I ordered from this restaurant I was trying to use the website to order online and pick up the order at the store but for some reason it didn’t work because the order didn’t get saved to checkout. I decided to go to the store in person . After I got home noticed that some areas on the pizza didn’t have cheese . Also, I asked for certain ingredients and I noticed they combined 2 different types of meat! I guess they didn’t have enough of the ingredient I ask on top I noticed the meat was quite overcooked! Usually I don’t left reviews but I was quite disappointed. Hopefully, the store administration get to see this reviews and improve their service. The Restaurant key success is keep customers pleased with the service, sympathy, enthusiasm and hospitality as well as food service and quality . My best wishes

I always order online. Pizza is good, delivery fast and everything would have been great but… If your order is less than 20 bucks you cant use any promos or coupons. This is so not fair. They charge 4 bucks for delivery and do not allow to use coupons even for people who order often. I do not have big family and I do not need 3 extra things just to make it the required limit. I am paying for delivery and tip and basically they make money on pizza even with me ordering for 5 bucks since no matter what I pay for delivery. I am not sure what is that politics.

I been a costumer for more than 10 years. Recently they sent my order with two items missing. Who knows what kind drivers they use, pizzas sometimes comes up side down. our order is incomplete. I ordered online from this location, first the driver couldn’t find me then the manager calls me and proceeds to argue with me that I gave them the wrong address when I got it from google. I tried to explain that to him and he continued to call me a liar. They over charged me for a 2 liter, it says on the website $3.25 and they charged me $5.00. The manager needs fired or trained in customer service. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
