We just ordered 50 dollars worth of food the first order was correct but was so soggy due to the garlic sauce opening. So we call and tell the manager about it he ignorantly asks what he’s supposed to due about it we asked for them to replace them. They delivered the second order and messed the order up again and forgot the banana peppers this time.

Ordered a veggie pizza and this is what we get??!! What the heck Papa John’s? This is abysmal, even for Butte. Ordered from your store before and it wasn’t this bad, maybe work on quality control, or if you’re out of something notify customers when they order and not try to pull a fast one. Literally half the pizza has no veggies!! (Ordered delivery, driver was nice and within the time frame given.)

Was pretty disappointed with the customer service. Usually I don’t care about TINY things but when you say you’ll do something you do it. We ordered food, sauces and drinks. Got the food, no sauces or drinks, I did call because we had a long day and didn’t want to leave the house again and I just wanted my drink, I was told they would bring it back no problem. I could sell prime Montana Real estate on the naked crust. I mean seriously, all the sauce is in the middle with the cheese. It looks like they just put a handful of bacon in the middle with no care to distributed equally. One of the two peppers they put in the box looks like it committed suicide… SAD.

Delivery driver was nice, came quick. Would’ve been nice if they had spent an extra minute docking my pizza so that over half of it was covered in HUGE bubbles and nearly inedible. Boyfriend’s was fine.
