Tried to give this place one more chance after a couple of disappointing visits, but it just keeps getting worse. It’s pretty clear this place is poorly managed. We ordered a light-sauce pizza with ½ sausage and ½ pepperoni and black olives, but it’s like the staff reads the order and does whatever they want. Every time, the pizza is drowning in sauce, the toppings are piled unevenly (mostly under the cheese) across the whole thing, and it’s barely even cut through. This time there were piles of olives buried under the cheese across the whole thing instead of just one side. I like olives, but I’m not trying to eat 6 all at once in one bite of pizza…
To top it off, we were still talking to the guy at the window to make sure all of our sauces were there, and he just shut the window mid-sentence and walked away. We just left without them, and honestly, we didn’t even end up eating the pizza. Total waste of money. Joke’s on us for giving them another try!

Easily the WORST pizza I have ever received. Sloppiest placement of toppings (they didn’t even try, the jalapeños were piled on one part of the pizza). We requested square cut and instead got the most disproportionate triangle slices. The most incredible realization was that they didn’t even put cheese on it!!! Sauce and toppings only. Absolutely insane. Why is this place even open?

Only have it a 3 star because this is the first time eating thier pizza. It wasn’t the best nor the worst pizza I’ve eatin. We called in a order like 15 minutes before they closed which we didn’t know until we seen the posted hours on the door, to which the person taking our order or the person we talked to when picking up mentioned or made us feel unwelcome when talking to. I did apologize for ordering so close to closing time, let them know i did not know and they said “no worries. We got you”. Will definitely be going back to try out other pizzas to see what they are like.

My kids love papa johns cheese bread for some reason. But the last 3 times we’ve gotten it, it was so inconsistent. Have to tell the kids papa johns is broken, we can’t get that right now. Either burnt or undercooked. I’ve tried making homemade but just not quite the same lol. Disappointing but is what it is. It’s obviously not being managed well. We got food at home. Not wasting any more money on disappointment. ♀️

Just deleted my Papa John’s account after nearly 20 years. I’ve simply had enough of the poor web site and lack of customer service. I tried to place an order from this store via the website and my laptop and it repeatedly stated I needed to review the billing address for my card. The site also continually changed my motel room number to a random number that did not even match any previous room number from elsewhere in the country. After about 25 minutes of endless cycling through links on the website, I finally called customer service and went through another cycle of “death by prompts” before finally reaching a human… In India… REALLY??? Now I can barely understand her English… That only adds insult to injury. I finally became fed up and asked her to simply delete my account, then she hangs up on me. That is unacceptable, period. I worked in media for approximately 15 years and know better… I also was NOT abusive to the call center employee. But, if one gets such a person off of their script, they simply can’t cope and she chose the hang up option. That sealed Papa John’s fate as a future source of a meal for me. Never again. Period.
This store MIGHT make good food… But I never got the chance to find out tonight and won’t give any store a chance in the future. 45 minutes of wasted time attempting to place an order (I should have simply called it in like we did in the days before internet and I probably would have already eaten by the time the call center call ended).
I simply wanted something different but Papa John’s quality has gone down over the years, so it’s simply no great loss to me. I signed into the Domino’s Pizza website and ordered within a few moments without issue, using the same credit card. Papa John’s equals poor quality, cold food, long wait times and poor customer service. Tis their loss…

Showed up for my pick upnorder. Lights off door locked little kids running around. I had to knock to get attention and the children grabbed their parents im assuming both employees. The lady came to the door unlicked it and rudly said our pos should have been off so we arent maki g those we are closed. Shut the door and locked it in our faces as i had another uber eats or dasher who had arrived as well while i was knocking. Completely unproffesional. If not working you shouldnt be there and if you mess up and leave the pos on and have the employees which you had at least2 to do the job. You should just do it instead the response i got. Or maybe some respect or an apology at lease. Short dark haired girl with pink color 1 little girl under2 1 little boy under 10 and a gentleman around 20 brown hair. Fanily affair up in there but no work being done.

This is the second time I’ve ordered and this has happened. The app says its delivered, but I have no pizza. This is why I only pay cash, if they charge your card, in this case, you bought somebody else a pizza!

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza staff couldn’t understand this order. After 10 minutes on the phone being asked a bunch of questions, and getting asked if I wanted every other item on the menu as I kept saying the same order over and over, went to pizza hut instead.

Ordered delivery online, got an email confirmation that it will be delivered at 4:46pm…. It showed up at 5:32, it was very cold, it had the wrong toppings, and it didn’t have any of the extra sauces that we ordered and paid for. All around horrible experience.

Had an issue which was not stores fault. Manager stepped up and took care of us very professionally and quickly. If your the owner and see this, your guy deserves a raise!
