Picked up a to-go order and walked into what felt like rehearsal night instead of dinner rush.
Everyone was friendly enough… but ringing up my order turned into a scavenger hunt for someone who could actually log into the register. I stood there holding my pizza like it was a prop while they searched for “the chosen one” with the password.
Meanwhile “Hustle Hard” was blasting in the kitchen, which felt ambitious considering the vibe was more… Hustle Soft.
Pizza was fine. Experience felt like I accidentally wandered into the pre-shift warmup. A little more coordination at the register would go a long way.

So I’m just staying in a hotel for a couple nights and decided pizza would be good and I can always save some for tomorrow. I’ve always enjoyed Papa John’s at home so I called them here. The pizza tasted great however I was hoping for more toppings on their “The Works” pizza, but still it was well worth it. What made it even better was they delivered it a bit earlier than told and my delivery guy was awesome. Very polite and punctual. I should have got his name to thank him again in this review. Ordered 40 minutes before they closed (have done this before with no issue), it was redirected to door dash, door dash was taking along time so I called to see if they had anything on their end about it and still nothing. So the dude said he would personally deliver it since they had no drivers, which was great. But another 30 minutes had gone by, the door dash finally accepted the order, but the worker is supposed to be delivering it. The dasher gets to the store, lets me know that it was locked. So I check my bank statement to see if I just got robbed 40$ and no pizza, I was refunded, but why say you’re going to do something and then not do it? Also wasting my time and another persons time.

I ordered food last week on Saturday for delivery to the hotel the delivery driver was extremely respectful and made sure I had plates and napkins with a handful of seasonings I believe his name was John or Don I cant remember but all in all an amazing experience I definitely recommend to other people to eat here. Papa johns if youre seeing this whoever your driver is in a blue truck deserves a medal for exceptional service

Everything about this place is bad. The delivery drivers are the laziest here. They messed up my order they can’t even read a simple order request. A 2 liter is not a 20 oz and the food was sitting for over 1 hour before I received it the wings were cold and soggy the pizza was cold. Worst pizza place in town!!!!!!!!

The lady that helped me was very professional. I come in and asked for thin crust pizza witch she told me only come in 14” so I ordered two and waited 15 minutes. I went back inside and looked they were not thin crust I did not have to ask anything she just looked at me said she was super sorry it was her mistake and would fix it with no problem. This is the sign of some that does not point the finger that does her job maybe she made the mistake but owned up to it what a breath of fresh air if she was in Wichita KS I would offer this lady a job. Way to go Papa John’s great experience will be back. Five stars forsure

it was the worst tasting pizza and wings. I’ve had in a long time actually I don’t know if I’ve ever had that taste this bad taste like the toppings are old for being in the refrigerator too long. Not impressed.
