Wanted to try the new crust. Super doughy and somehow half fused to the bottom of the box. Delivery driver probably bent the pizza and was the reason it was cold but I can’t fault PJ’S cause they sent it through doordash. Pretty bad meal all around.

This place really SUCKS! Ordered pizza and wings an hour and half ago. Delivery guy texted my husband and said they haven’t even started our order! What the hell is going on here? Do they even have a responsible person in charge? We told delivery guy to just forget it. After seeing some of the pizza pictures and other reviews we may have dodged a bullet by cancelling…. Never again. Good thing we didn’t use a credit card.

I truly am super impressed and amazed by the excellent customer service that the manager has at this Papa John’s location. The weather was crappy and when I called he was very helpful and reassuring about my order I placed for delivery that was being held up by DoorDash, and he was going to even go out of his way and drive it to where I was to ensure I got my order and was super understanding when I had offered to send one of my employees to come to the store! If you are looking for a pizza place that truly cares for their customers and the quality of food is amazing, as always, I would recommend coming here.

Ordered delivery on app at 553pm, got email stating delivery between approx 725 to 736pm. DoorDasher contacted me just before 7pm and stated was there but food was not ready. They tried to ask staff how long and they said unsure of thr time. A lit but later doordash told.me they said approximately 30 to 60 more minutes. The door dasher kept in contact with me throughout the entire time and I got my food approximately 835pm. It was hot and they were great but this is ridiculous for a store like this to have this long of a wait. At least my food was hot this time. Thanks to doordash. Last time I waited over hour and half and my food was cold. Management or corporate need to correct this store.

They secretly out sourced our order to doordash and said the delivery would take 2 hours. We tried to cancel the order and they wouldn’t let us. We ended up waiting another hour and still got no food. It took 3 hours and we got nothing. We called four times and each time got placed on hold. We ended up having to go in store to get a refund after 3 hours. When we went in they hadn’t even started to make our order. The staff were rude when we asked for a refund as well. I understand they are short staffed but this was just an Incredibly bad experience overall.

So I live pretty much next-door to Papa John’s so it’s super convenient but lately the new staff has been in their own zone. So when I order a pizza through the app, everything’s smooth and on time.
When I come to pick up the pizza, they look at me and not say anything so I stand there for five minutes waiting for someone to come to me till I have to yell. I’m picking up a pizza.
This is not the first time I had to do this. I swear this keeps it up. I’m bout to just go in the kitchen and grab my own pizza that’s underneath my name. It’s that easy. Just check in with the person waiting at the counter to get their pizza.

I ordered directly through the Papa John’s website, expecting the normal delivery experience. Instead, they secretly outsourced my order to DoorDash because they’re understaffed, and the entire process became a disaster.
The delivery driver texted me over an hour after ordering to say it would be another 1–2 hours because the store was severely behind. I tried calling the store multiple times — no answer at all. So I contacted Papa John’s support, and they told me the store had to cancel it… even though the store won’t pick up the phone. They refused to cancel the order themselves and told me I should “just wait” and then fill out a feedback form later.
So I’m stuck waiting up to 3 hours with no option to cancel, no help from the store, and no help from Papa John’s. The driver can’t cancel it, Papa John’s won’t cancel it, and there’s no way to get through to the restaurant. This is a complete failure of customer service and a terrible system for a major national brand. I’ll think twice before ordering from Papa John’s again.

While the pizza is fine the staff are horrible. After being told it would be 10 more minutes I waited and ended up being waiting half an hour. Staff members talk and sit on their phones more then making pizza. I assume using your phone between tossing pizza is a bit unhygenic. Times are a complete lie. 6 dashers waiting for over half an hour being lied too. about times. While one of two ovens are being used and 1 order going out ever 10 min. Other locations are better but sometimes we can’t choose.

Called three times to correct an order placed over the app. Each time the same person answered the phone, said they were busy, and placed the phone on the counter for 15+ minutes while I heard everyone in the store talking. After 45 minutes of this the app showed they had started working on the order and was too late to make changes.

We ordered delivery through the Papa John’s app and Papa John’s handed delivery to a 3rd party being door dash. We received 1/3 of our order and half of someone else’s order. After an hour and a half on hold we were told that because door dash hadn’t finalized the order Papa John’s couldn’t do anything and we would have to contact door dash to get the problem fixed. Door dash won’t fix it because we didn’t order through them. We ordered $40 worth of food and received $20 worth and somehow it’s our problem to fix even though it was Papa John’s that passed it on to a 3rd party delivery service. Whatever it takes to pass responsibility off to someone else seems to be the theme now days.
