Wanted to order an 8 piece chicken dinner, which is not on there menu board. When I inquired about it I was told first of all with Big orders you need to call ahead. (Big???) OK, with only 4 biscuits, which are amazing and only 1/2 of the potatoes I asked if there would be a discount which totally confused the employee. I said whatever, I’ll take it. Meanwhile another co worker steps in and literally says, wow your getting all that chicken, that’s a hefty price lol. Then as the one co worker is putting my order together the other one says to her co worker “charge her for everything ” almost under her breath. At this point I had enough of the lack of customer service and anyone actually knowing what to do i said ” ya know, forget it” it was absolutely ridiculous the lack of knowledge and customer service. Rude employees!!! Its a shame because I do like that chicken even though they didn’t want to sell any. Get a grip people, you shouldn’t be that desperate for help that you hire people like that!! SMH

Absolutely disgusting customer service here. I tried to order a thin crust pizza and was told they don’t have any thin crust in the back. Then I tried to order a stuffed crust pizza and was immediately told they didn’t have any cheese in the back that wasn’t frozen. Basically she wanted me to grab one of the small pizzas that’s on the ready heater that’s probably been there since she started shift. She said she was getting ready to close or go home and her attitude was she wasn’t making anything fresh. My attitude was I’m here to order what I WANT not take what you want me to have so I kindly told her no thank you and walked out the store.

I got $50 worth of pizza last night and no one could even eat it. The dough wasn’t even cooked all the way; the cheese was runny and watery. I tried to eat one piece because we were all starving but couldn’t even finish that piece. Worst pizza I have ever paid for in my life last night and it was for a birthday party so I had to go elsewhere and buy more food for everyone because we couldn’t eat the pizza. (I also ordered well done crust)
