Papa John’s use to be excellent. Now it is less than mediocre. Our pizza last night didn’t have much sauce and wa tough and dry. I am very disappointed in it.

Toppings were very light and the pizza was overdone. There was a hair that apparently got baked in the crust so it wasn’t ours. Pizza was not cut very well either. Poor quality pizza.

I love Papa John’s but today it was awful. I ordered extra cheese and the Chicken bites chicken Parmesan. They gave me sausage pizza then said I ordered it. I have never ordered sausage pizza EVER in my life and I ordered pizza almost everyday from either Papa John’s or Pizza King. So I’m not going to order from Papa John’s anymore. Pizza King it is.

Obviously Papa John’s is amazing, but the people who run this place are great. When my wife was pregnant, we ate here twice a week. Yes, I gained sympathy weight. The owners would recognize us and knew what we liked to order. They were always friendly and consistently had great service. Great people.

I’ve always been a lover of Papa John’s pizza but the last 2 times I ordered lg 1/2 deluxe and 1/2 pepperoni & hamb only two slices were covered with deluxe toppings other two were very sparse. Not what I expect from P J’s. Hamb – Pepperoni side was good. Staff and service was great.

If I was just rating the pizza, I would go with 3 stars. Not the best I have ever had but not the worst. If I was rating delivery speed I might even go up to 4, they are usually pretty quick. But this rating is about customer service, really poor customer service. The kind of customer service where you call in to report problem with the order and are basically told they are too busy to care. Seriously, too busy to care. I guess my $45 order was just not lucrative or important enough for them to get right or repair it when they didn’t. Apparently they no long want me as a customer, and I willing to oblige.

Horrible they say they deliver but what they don’t tell you is they stop delivering at 1230 because they close at 2am. Will never order Papa John’s ever again anywhere stop being lazy and do what you advertise or change your delivery times
