The last couple of time I’ve been ordering from here for delivery. It’s always a 2 hr wait. Ordered a medium cheese pizza for kids and I had to wait they told me 15-25 minutes for the pizza to be delivered. It was 2 hrs late. Delivery service and the workers should be more honest. Called and I asked is it getting delivered they said yeah he’s on his way another hour wait. Am I even going to get it? Horrible experience

So, I love PJs…. however, we did a pickup order this time and aside from the place looking like a packrat lived there, the cashier was covered in flour, touching my cash and then wiping his hands on his t-shirt that he clearly had been preparing pizza in without an apron… he didn’t know if he gave me the right change and said, “I think that’s right?” … then, we get all the way home only to find they gave us the wrong pizza.

Ordered Pizza tonight to be delivered. The pizza was delivered by a door dash driver. It was not kept in a pizza bag to keep the pizza warm. Met the driver outside when the pizza was handed off it was even closed correctly. No security tag to keep the box closed. It is not on the website when ordered this is how it would be delivered by door dash. Tried to call the store, finally got someone to answer and they answered it as Pizza Hut. I asked for a manager when they finally told me it was papa johns. I was hung up on called back 3 more times and was hung up on everytime I asked for a manager. Get it together Moorhead Papa Johns!

Delicious stuffed crust Supreme pizza. The stuffed crust pepperoni turned out yummy as well. 10/10 across the board for this location! We will certainly be coming to this specific location from now on. The staff was genuinely kind and patient with our last minute order! I’m not sure what happened to management/staff recently but I’m loving the change.

Food was never delivered. The customer service line transfers you to the store repeatedly where no one answers. The updates in the app are completely incorrect, saying its been out for delivery for over 2 hours. No mention of a refund, and still no pizza or communication 3+ hours later.

First ordered by phone and they sent the order to the wrong state so went in to order and then when got the food home there was no pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza and we had ordered the large garlic parmesan wings and instead got garlic parmesan bread sticks. Tried calling the store and it said the store was closed so drove back up there they did correct the mistake except they charged us for the bread sticks instead of the wings so they gave us a 6 piece of wings instead of the large we actually ordered/wanted. The guy was a little rude at first and said he asked us and we said sticks which wasn’t true the only thing he asked us was anything else repeatedly while we were ordering but he did fix it so no biggie and the wings weren’t good anyway so the large order would have went to waste.

My wife and I just love Papa John’s pizza! The crust is soft, pillowy, and we love when the edges have bubbles. The sauce is awesome with just the right amount of spice and flavor. This time we ordered just the standard cheese and pepperoni and it was fantastic as always. Never disappoints. We also had a voucher for a free brownie. It was so worth it, chocolatey and chewy. Oh so good. Will definitely order from Papa Johns again!! Also really appreciate and loved the great customer service at the Moorhead location!!
