Very poor customer service!!! Papa johns is usually my to go pizza place but never again!!! My order was delayed multiple times and was nearly 2 hrs out. I called to ask if my pizza would be fresh and warm coming to me since its been delayed over and over. Person on the phone instead of offering or reassuring that worm pizza would be on its way and instead offer to cancel my order. Very professional papajohns, you guys just lost a customer for life.

I swear the pizza here is the best out of any pizza chain in the area the crust is crunchy the toppings are tasty the cheese is melty and plentiful!! Oh my .. and i was watching the pizza maker toss the dough effortlessly like a master at work it was beautiful! I wish i got his name. And the staff were incredibly friendly even with the tough shifts and environment and work load. It was bleeping awesome. The pizza was and the vibes were ☃️

The person answering the phone was very rude. We preordered for our pizzas to be delivered by 6pm earlier that day but ended up picking it up ourselves at 7pm due to the lack of communication on the status of our pizzas. I called for an update and the person was very unapologetic and quite rude. Management need to check their employees and provide customer service training. We also didn’t even bother asking for a refund on the delivery fee that was charged due to the employee being so rude.

Papa John’s is typically a safe choice, this location got the pizza wrong, was almost an hour late after the longer of the two lead times, and arrived not only burnt from cooking, but cold. What a combo. Don’t eat here, get a frozen pizza.

Got my ordered delivered late, when I did get it came in the house to find it was all wrong, I paid for my orders but didn’t get any of it, all I wanted was was what I paid for, nope can’t even get that , fr i can understand if y I you got one thing wrong, but the whole order I didn’t even get the extra dipping sauce I added people pay money for not asking for free food get your shit together and get people’s orders right

We didn’t get the correct order. We ordered two pizzas and only received one pizza. The manager was short on the phone even though they messed up the order. He blamed grub hub. We never did get our pizzas or refund.
