First time ordering from Papa John’s. I’ve had it before from others I know who have ordered, so I decided to give it a try myself. Okay, online ordering. I do wish you could go edit the pizza in the cart instead of having to delete it and start over. That was an inconvenience. The estimated wait and delivery time was roughly 45 minutes, but they made it out a bit earlier. The delivery driver was nice, respectful, and did a great job. The pizza makers did great, too. My husband loves their garlic butter dip and peppercorn that comes with every pizza. Wish they spread that garlic butter sauce on all their pizza crusts. It would be a hit.

Big fan of the new Pan Pizza style. The garlic breadsticks were crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside. Pizza had a crispy crust and great flavors. Will be ordering from here more than Domino’s and Marco’s for sure.

Excellent. I just moved into a new apartment and in the welcome folder was a coupon for a free one topping pizza. Well, that coupon expired 3 months ago. I called them and explained it to them, they honored it. Saved my butt after a day of moving. Thanks!

Placed my order the day before, but order was supposed to arrive at 6:45pm the night of week 18 Vikings @ Lions. I get it, game starts at 7:20pm, but my food didn’t show until 7:25pm, 40 minutes late. I called the store and spoke with the manager, John, but he couldn’t care less. Not one “sorry” from him or the driver, no attempt to try and make it right. All in all, horrible experience, better off getting Papa Murphy’s and making your own or something. I contacted the general corporate office email, but I doubt it’ll do any good. Stay away from this location, BAD customer service!

The pizza was burnt. Whenever I go here is either a hit or miss and most it’s a miss when I order a night. I was so disappointed . So this is an update on new order made on 5/04/2023 another disappointment the reason why I have not order here in a minute and I really wished I had looked at the pizza before taking out because the pizza was horrible and burnt my kids literally only ate one slice. This was by far a waste of money ‼️

No one washed their hands and continuously touch everything with their gloves on. Went from touching the food to touching the phone and the register with them same nasty gloves. The delivery person came from outside and straight towards the back and started prepping and touching orders and didn’t wash their hands. So I didn’t to try the food I was scared.

Worst pizza ever!! Waste of money for sure!!! And this is not extra cheese the other pizza was worst than this. The wings were burnt and barely had sauce on them. The pizza box was wet and so was the pizza!!!
