WOW! I am posting this review as I have had the following experience multiple times at this location. It is 11 degrees outside. I ordered 24 wings from this location for delivery and they showed up hotter than if I had ordered them sitting at a wing restaurant. Look at the video, you can see the steam coming off the wings. THE PIZZA PLACE DELIVERED BETTER AND HOTTER WINGS THAN AN IN PERSON WING RESTAURANT!! The pizza here is always amazing, also shows up hot. This is my go to spot for wings and pizza. Whoever is running this location, your staff is amazing. Thank you!!!

We are staying in town to celebrate my daughter’s bday. We ordered pizza and wings for dinner. Papa John’s used to be one of my favorites when we lived in the metro area. Unfortunately our pizza was undercooked and so severely greasy even my kids wouldn’t eat it. We ended up throwing the whole thing away and walking over to the muddy cow. Complete waste of $45.

Burnt crust called to report it was told thats how we make them. Last time I order online if I ordered in store they wouldn’t have burnt it at least my sons food came out ok.

Found hair in my pizza – AGAIN!
After working a 12-hour shift, the last thing I wanted to do was cook so I placed a carry-out order around 8:00 PM for a medium pizza and a cinnamon pull-apart dessert. This was my 2nd or 3rd order at this location after finding a long dark hair in my pizza during the winter of 2024 (I’m blonde, so it definitely wasn’t mine). That experience kept me away for a while, but I decided to give them another chance.
Unfortunately, it happened again. Just a couple of bites in, I found another long hair in the pizza. I nearly got sick and couldn’t bring myself to eat any more. The whole order ended up in the trash—a complete waste after a long day.
I usually don’t write reviews, and I know mistakes can happen, but twice is too much. I hope this issue is taken seriously. Please, for the sake of your customers, make sure staff are following hygiene practices.
