I just want to say that The Manager Robert is amazing at his job and deserves a raise. My family ordered a pizza and unfortunately it came out as a mistake, fortunately Robert took care of it promptly and made it right. I highly recommend Robert at Papa John’s in Chaska, he has excellent customer service skills.

They transferred my order to door dash without my approval. My tip and expectations were for a driver that was under the responsibility of the location I was ordering from and not some random moron failing a door dash order. The dasher sat at the restaurant for 20 minutes AFTER my pizza was DONE baking, just letting it get cold, before I finally canceled my order. 50 minutes after ordering I now have to go out and pick up my dinner from somewhere else. Definitely won’t be counting on this location again.

I ordered the parmesan crusted bbq chicken papadia and it was SMOTHERED in bbq sauce. Like, totally smothered so that was the only flavor I got. My boyfriend had a simple alfredo pepperoni pizza and it was super greasy and undercooked. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever order from here again. It was very subpar.

I’ve only had one experience with this Papa John’s but ordered because I was craving pizza and they were one of the only places that would deliver. Because of weather, it took about an hour and a half. I expected that. They delivered my pizza much earlier than expected which was great. They did add tomatoes as requested but did not switch out meats like requested. The delivery driver took my cash without asking if I wanted change (I didn’t, but what if I hadn’t?) so be careful of that. Good pizza though!

Incompetence upon incompetence. Good pizzas, but terrible customer service!!! I won’t be going to Papa Johns anytime soon. Here’s my story that I will be telling to every person who mentions Papa Johns.
My wife ordered pizza on Friday night. I stopped about 15 minutes after the time they said it would be ready. There were already 5 people waiting for their pizzas. We all waited for 30 minutes more. There were about 8 people waiting in the lobby at this point. No one at the store really took charge and customers grew more and more angry. At one point, someone in the store said, “None of you have to pay for your pizzas” and someone else was supposed to be refunding the money. After about 45 minutes of waiting, I finally got my pizzas and left. Two days later a charge for the pizzas shows up on my card. I call corporate Papa Johns and complain. The lady was very nice, but didn’t offer anything else than the refund. She said they can’t issue refunds without the local branch approval. I call the local branch and complain. First guy says they can’t issue refunds at all. Second guy says they can do refunds, but that I need to stop in with the credit card I used. After some convincing, the guy actually is able to process the refund by typing in my credit card numbers. Two days later, I see the refund. It’s the wrong amount. Not even half of what I paid originally. My time isn’t worth pursuing this issue any further, but I wanted to post this for others to see.

How do I add photos to this review? I have proof of this claim. The dough is so undercooked it won’t even transfer to a plate. I’m rebaking the pizza the best I can as it’s all mangled from trying to pick it up and to think I ordered it to be well done. Nobody wants to wait another 45 minutes for a new pizza that may potentially and probably be just as bad. I regret tipping the driver 5 dollars cash. Though, when I called the store, the manager says I’ll have a free pizza on my account but I’m not sure I’ll be ordering from here again.

I’ve had issues with this location in the past, but it’s been a while since ordering and thought I’d give them a try. Mistake, I am so very disappointed in what I got versus what I ordered. I’ve ordered the same thing from Papa John’s for some time now so I know what to expect when made correctly. The Parmesan crusted Papadillas are my favorite and I ordered 2 tonight. What I actually got was two of the most sloppily and poorly executed pizzas folded in half. 90% of both Papadillas were crust. Full, thick, crunchy, air pocket ridden pizza crust. Papadillas when executed correctly do not have “crusts” also, what am I supposed to do when my Parmesan crusted “folded pizzas” DONT have Parmesan? So not only did I not get my Papadillas, I also didn’t get the explicit flavor/type either. It’s a shame when food is not made correctly, and I don’t like leaving reviews, but even trying to get a resolution isn’t easy. Do you know what is offered? A free meal, next order when called in to the store directly. Why would I want to order again when my food has been wrong so many times before. Hopefully I have learned my lesson, and have given them the few chances I’ve had to meet basic level of expectations. It’s a sad day when I’ve given up on any establishment.

Waited 2 hours for pizza, called to cancel order, was told the money was refunded and pizza was on the house, driver showed up with a receipt to sign, made driver aware order was refunded and was on the house! He stated he didn’t know anything about it? Went to his vehicle to communicate with management, pulled out and left with the pizza, called manager, manager didn’t give a care less.. I will never order from Papa John’s again in my neighborhood, I will order from the other 7 pizza establishments…
