They got my order wrong. Instead of pineapple they did pepperoni. So I called them to see if I could get the right pizza order done. I was on the line for 10 mins. I gave up after they didn’t answer my call the second time. Please do better

First…never received the food. Second…the app gives a door dash delivery warning. Third…I receive a phone call giving the choice to wait for cold pizza or cancel the order. I not only cancelled, they lost my business.

Papa Johns is one of my favorite restaurants. However, the spooktacular pumpkin pizza wasn’t as great nor spooky as I had thought. The crust was too thin for my taste and if I were Shaq or whoever else invents these things, I would’ve but a special treat on the “stem” instead of just plain crust. Maybe a crunchy pepperoni? Also, I had ordered a cheese sauce in addition to the garlic sauce and only received the cheese sauce. Not sure if that is a detail of the pumpkin pizza promo or not. With that being said, it does come with a free pizza cutter and you still get a lot of ‘za for little moolah. I’ll do the Shamu shuffle to that . Plus, any type of Papa Johns is better than anything that their competitors could ever make. Papa Pizza Power!

Popped in here before a job interview to get pizza. We ended up eating at the place. There is a comfy bench to sit at and the pizza is excellent straight out of the oven. Nice goopy cheese and the crust is super light.

My wife and I order from Papa a lot. Be mindful when just clicking the tip percentages. Their 20% tip is actually just over 22%. I will always tip my drivers well. At least 20%. Just find it weird that the automated amounts are higher than listed.

My family and I got covid and we really wanted a good pizza after days if soup. I placed my order at 6:40 on a Sunday night (so after the dinner rush) and my wait time is 114 minutes+. In what world will it take nearly 2 hours to make 1 pizza and deliver it less than a mile?

I recently placed an order with this restaurant, however, I unfortunately did not receive my order. Despite being told that a DoorDash driver would deliver my food due to the unavailability of the restaurant’s delivery driver, the food never arrived. Additionally, when I called the restaurant about the matter, someone from another store answered, and I was informed that the general manager would contact me, which never happened. This frustrating experience left me with a negative impression of the restaurant’s customer service and reliability.

Being gluten intolerant isn’t fun. Especially when it comes to pizza! This gluten free crust is phenomenal! For my first Papa John’s experience, I would say 9/10, only because we went to the wrong Eagan location first to pickup. 🙂
