I love Papa John’s and I order some pizza and boneless at least twice a month but this time I ordered the boneless honey chipotle and they just gave me plain boneless nuggets with a light drizzle of sauce instead of the crispy ones with a large amount of sauce so I was disappointed this time around, maybe they ran out but next time I’d love to know before spending my money on something I won’t eat.

I LOVE Papa John’s. Ever since the IGHs one closed it takes FOREVER to get the pizza. It is cold & not as good. I ordered it over the weekend & it arrived almost 10 minutes earlier that the pizza track was saying. It was SO delicious & warm ugh it was good! I like when they make a fresh dough crust on the spot & then cook it so it fluffs up correctly in the oven. When they get busy they make them ahead of time & let them sit a little bit so it throws off the process of the dough. My last two pizzas were made out of fresh dough so hopefully they have figured this out for themselves because it REALLY downgrades the entire pizza flavor when they make it ahead of time.

This location is trash!!! The “manager” is a looser. They have the nerve to give a 30 min timeline for my food, only to have an attitude when I call to check up on it after 30 mins when the app says it hasn’t even been baked yet!!! A review for this location and in general, I recieved only a partial delivery of my order while what came was cold on arrival and handled very poorly. I tried to address this by going to their customer service option on the tracker website which amounted to a long convoluted hop scotch between different tabs of the website only to put me back into the ordering screen. When I called the store to speak with someone, they contradicted me saying that the smaller problem didn’t exist and did not address the larger issue at all, hanging up after offering a $3 refund. For a arguablely $30-40 problem within a $75 purchase.
