Keep Calm And Carry OUT
I tried twice but did not like them each time. I had their pepperoni stuffed crust which looked amazing on TV. I also had a sandwich. But they were still better than BIG RIVER PIZZA.

West St Paul, MN Papa John’s store is amazing and had to write this review. My first experience was great bc staff were super friendly, but the 2nd visit this week was just as great. The manager was awesome, apologized for the wait on the phone, but it was understandable bc she was working alone and had a 20 pizza rush. I asked about the dessert menu and she told me her favorite but also the most popular. What was nice is she didn’t push the product like most pizza joints do. We ended up trying 2 desserts and my 87 yr old father was in heaven that night. Will definitely go there more often bc food is fabulous and reasonably price compared to other restaurants.

The customer service I received was amazing. I had accidentally ordered a cheese pizza online instead of a pepperoni, and the guy at the counter said they could remake it, and the guy actually making the pizza came up, asked what the situation was, and said I could keep the old pizza, he’d prioritize making my pizza and also added pepperoni under the cheese and on top! Despite a mistake that I made, they took responsibility for it, gave me two pizzas, and gave me far more than I paid for. These guys were awesome!

So very disappointed, food was prepared sloppily and careless . Hard to mess up a pepperoni pizza I would think . Burnt pepperoni on cold cheese pizza and the sauce wasn’t even put on the whole pizza . Cold and ready is what I recieved . Definitely never ordering from this store again. Every time I order, the food is always hot and fresh, and I get it faster than the app says. The cheese sticks/pizza fries, are really good too. I’ve never had a problem ordering from this location. The delivery person is always very nice too. Which isn’t the case with all places that deliver. So, thank you!
