Now that I have some free time, and have had my order as leftovers for dinner, I’m surprised man. Reheated it and the dough is still raw. You know how you’re so hungry after work, you waited all that time for your pizza to arrive, you figure what the hell, one flaw won’t keep me from enjoying my dinner? Wrong. Got an epic stuffed crust last night and didn’t mind throwing it in the oven to get a crispier crust but alas it’s still raw. Not too many toppings and the dough is wet, nah man the dough is raw. Not only that but I had to cut it myself and on top of it where partial cuts were it looked like someone tried to zig zag around slices because they messed up putting the toppings on but were too lazy to correct the pizza. I love the amount of effort that went into trying to hide the Italian sausage on the pizza when the meat of choice was Philly. I’m at a loss when pizza delivery is almost $30 for a large pizza and cheese sticks plus a genuine tip, something, one damn thing, could’ve been right about this pizza. So. Two slices taken from the box, first one after attempting to cook it the rest of the way, and second one tonight attempting to utilize my leftovers, and AGAIN, attempt to cook it till completion and no. I’m literally burning the outside of my pizza and not cooking the inside? Lol?. Still have the ick. So, just wasted a whole pizza. I get being busy dude been there done that but there’s obviously a standard time as to how long these should be in an oven but I guess this pizza didn’t get the memo. This location, specifically, is not good. Your better off hitting up probably ANY other Papa John’s. 0/10

Papa John’s ended up messing up my order again. I had a large of the works pizza with extra cheese extra beef. I end up getting a large cheese pizza just with beef with the stuff crust. unfortunately , I had to go through doordash again. The last time, the manager just remaked the pizza and delivered it, which was awesome. Unfortunately, I will not be going to order Papa John’s anymore. I will be going to Pizza Hut. This is not the first time this is the second time Papa John’s has done this. I only get Papa John’s because my husband likes their pizza and their food. The last manager was not there today it was a different girl, i guess, shift leader. I’m not upset it was just not my fault that my pizza was totally wrong, while it was the employee who didn’t pay attention to the list . So sad buy the wings were great.

Food is always great! We love the deals online and usually order ahead online for pick up.
Service is always friendly and super fast! Which we love when we have a family of 5. We usually order pizza when the kids are hungry and tired, so we love that it is always a great choice and fast. The atmosphere is a 4-star due to how small it is inside and how very dated it is. Almost like a really small Little Caesars Pizza.
Maybe the owners of Papa John’s Pizza can remodel this location soon! Otherwise, this is our “go-to” fast-food pizza place in town.

Ordered a large bbq chicken pizza with less cheese, extra sauce, well done without bacon. Waited almost an hour for a cold, undercooked mess of uncooked dough and cheese mess!! WORST OF ALL IT HAD BACON!!! 35$ literally down the drain!!! Never going to order papa johns again. Permanent loss of a customer for life. I was starving and could not even stomach a single slice!!! Recieved the opposite of what I ordered. Extra cheese, undercooked and with bacon…what a disappointment when I was starving. I guess they can’t be bothered to read the order when someone is shelling out over 30$ for some food.

I frequent a business near this particular location. Every time, I see there is a gentleman outside, talking on his cell phone. Since he’s there so much, I’m assuming it is an employee. I don’t eat Papa John’s very often but this will in fact, affect any future decision on ever ordering from this particular establishment. If this worker is always outside who is working, cleaning, answering calls, etc. Are hands being washed each and every time he re enter’s the building? Complete turn off to have any employees loitering outside of said establishment.

Very, very, very disappointed in their service. I ordered pizzas plus sides $100 worth of food for my daughter’s 2nd birthday party on Monday for a Saturday pick up to give enough notice. When Saturday came and I went to pick up the pizzas they were not done and I was told the order had been canceled the day prior. I asked why no one called or I didn’t get an email notification and all the manager could say was “I couldn’t tell you.” I showed my email and the last one I got was confirmation in picking up my order, nothing about it getting cancelled. I was devastated because the party was in 30 minutes at that point, and so I left the store. Not only did I waste time and money, I also did not have any pizzas for my daughter’s birthday party. My spouse called to talk to someone and again all the manager could say was “I don’t know” then after trying to get a resolution the manager said they would make the pizzas at no charge, and then ended up hanging up on my spouse. We ended up going back since they said they’d make them at no charge. We got there and then tried to charge us for the food. After arguing with the manager about him saying they wouldn’t charge for them we ended up walking back out a 2nd time with no food. Thankfully our local little ceasers understood our circumstances and made us fresh pizzas in 20 minutes for half the cost. Usually papa John’s is my family’s go to but after this service from the employees at the local fond du lac store I don’t think we will be ordering from them much anymore.

Ordered at 940 was told it would take 40 min so expect to recieve at 1020 actual time recieved was 1110. I was informed my pizza was left sitting for almost an hour, which I could agree with being the pizza was pretty cold by the time it was recieved. I appreciate the honesty, but I won’t be coming back. It sounds like yall are plenty busy anyways. Also being this was supposed to to be the Shaqaroni I expected more pepperoni not the normal amount that was recieved.

Don’t bother getting your order that you placed for delivery because they’ll claim that they knocked, texted and called you even though nothing was recieved. Then mark that the order has been delivered on the app that you never got. Then when you call to speak to a manager to find out where your order is he’s popping his mouth while eating on the phone with an immediate attitude problem.
