The food is great. However, we did an advanced 6 PM pick up, got there on time, the person of register said it was in the oven and would be 7-10 min and then just disappeared and never came back. A different employee from the back had to take care of the register and the many people who had come in and were being ignored. We ended up waiting to get out pizza in store for almost 30 min.

Have not tried yet but people need to get over the “no gloves” thing. Most places do not wear gloves because gloves can cause cross-contamination and they follow handwashing procedures instead.
