First I call to place my order 20 minutes before I plan on picking up my pizza. I show up to grab it and they say they never got the order. I then place my order and was told it would be a 18 minute wait until the pizza is done. I go back inside after 20 minutes and they still didn’t even start the pizza. This is one of the locations that should be shut down permanently. I waited over 20 minutes for a order that we placed ahead of time. One employee was inside the store doing absolutely nothing and two other employees were in the parking lot Chit-chatting this afternoon.

I can’t believe their employers made them work on New Year’s Day, at midnight! They were still working! They’re truly awful. I bet they pay them next to nothing too. What would it have cost them to at least give them the night off so they could have dinner with their families? They’re terrible. At least I and my family will not buy anything here again.

The toppings must be counted per piece, so skimpy and the crust was tough and too much of it out at the edge. There is no good pizza chains anymore because of two main reasons,1. The employees don’t care about the quality of work they do, and 2. The company is probably telling them to be cheap on the toppings. Just not worth the money.

Our pizza was never cut and there was no garlic butter provided. We ordered extra sauce on our pizza and it was dry. When I went inside to pick up the pizza, there was a speaker blaring music, so it was hard to hear the employee.
