I’ve ordered at this place a couple times. The first time it took over an hour and a half for my pizza to arrive. I thought it was fluke. The second time it was diverted to Doordash and took about as long. The third time was today and it’s taken over an hour and a half to get here. I wont be ordering from them again. It’s a complete waste of time. I could get the ingredients myself and make a pizza from scratch, including growing all of the plants, by the time it takes them to deliver anything. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION

i ordered food here on 11/23, ordered and paid directly through their app with a papa john’s account. when the food was on the way, it said it was being delivered by doordash. i got a notification saying it was delivered, i check and it was delivered to the wrong apartment in the complex (i did not know which one). i called the dasher, David, and he said he couldn’t come back and bring my food to my apartment. i drove around to look for the food and i called papa johns, i explained my food was delivered by a doordasher who delivered to the incorrect address, papa johns said they could not resend the food out due to it being behind and busy after a packer game. they said best they could do was offer me a credit for another meal and i could call and re order some other time. i declined this and asked for a refund, which they did end up issuing after i asked. why are deliveries being processed through doordash? isn’t this supposed to be a pizza place with their own delivery drivers? with all the insane pricing of ordering food, plus tip, you think you could get what you paid for with a correct delivery. i’ve only ordered 2-3 times from here and it’s always poor service.

My wife and I were in Green Bay looking at properties and had to be in Appleton by 8:30, so we decided to grab Papa Johns (usually decent corporate pizza). At 7:41, I placed an order with an ETA of completion between 7:51 and 8:01. I arrived at the location around 8 PM to discover the store clouded with smoke. I do not believe that the oven was properly working. I told the manager that I had an online order. He looked it up (I could tell at this time that they had not even started preparing it) and said that it would be another 10 minutes due to me ordering wings well done. I told him that I did not have time to wait 10 and just to prepare them normally which he said would take 5 minutes. I went next door to the wine store for about 5 minutes and returned to the store. Another employee came to me after several minutes and I let her know that I was waiting on an order. 5 minutes passed and I had still not been served. I spoke out to the manager who appeared to be ignoring me, and asked where my order was. He started getting argumentative with me and said that it had not even been 30 min. About 5 minutes later, I received my order and it was horrible! I had ordered a NY style crust pizza with Canadian bacon & pineapple and 6 wings. The crust was flavorless and definitely not NY style, very light on the toppings, and poorly cut. The wings were over-sauced and mushy. I will never order from this location again!!

Ordered dinner, they use a third party delivery system apparently (DoorDash). Looked at the tracking info, and it started that it was delivered so checked to see if they just set it by the door. Alas no food, so obviously the driver stole it at this point. Call the store to get it dealt with so the children get their dinner. They state they have to call and deal with DoorDash. Call back 20 minutes later, the manager attempted contacting dd they didn’t respond. He refused to make the order until dd agreed the driver stole it. Asked to have our food made while this was happening, and got shut down and told that can’t be done. Asked for a refund and to cancel the order and the manager gave so much attitude and disrespect. This is ridiculous. I will never patronize your business again.

My favorite chain pizza place that we get EVERYTIME we go to Green Bay! Online ordering was a breeze and order came correct and very fast. Our delivery driver was very kind and friendly. Pricing is getting pretty high though. We spent $40 for a large pizza and garlic knots!

They where very rude I spent 75$ only 3 pizzas 2 sodas not a very big deal right but then they called and demanded a tip because it was a 75$ order. if anything they should be paying me for spending soooo much on so little of food talk about not good workers

The doors to the entrance looked like they haven’t been cleaned ever. The food was ok but I felt nauseous afterwards so it made me think of the doors being dirty and maybe everyone never washed their hands. I won’t be back.

In addition to messing up my order (they apparently gave my pizza to someone else; then called me to come back and pick up the correct pizza), this place is a health hazard. I observed and photographed the pizza prep person making pizza with no mask, no head covering (hat or hair net), and no food safety gloves. The check out clerk took my money and returned to making crusts WITHOUT washing her hands or putting on food safety gloves. We are going to write Papa John’s off our pizza list, lest we get food poisoning.

Friday night we tried to place a large order ($300). Our group was well aware it was a large order and expected a wait. After placing the order, I received a phone call from Paper Johns. The employee was extremely rude about my order. He basically made me feel like a huge inconvenience and essentially yelled at me for putting the large order in at dinner time. Had he just simply explained it would be a wait for the larger order, we would have completely understood, as it was expected.
I ended up canceling my order, driving to another pizza chain that’s has pizzas always ready for pick up. We spent 1/3 of what Papa Johns would have costs and were not made to feel like inconveniences there.
