Ordered lunch for the team and specifically asked for a recipt. Numerous times. Even left a good tip. Driver gets here no recipt. Ask him. About it he says no recipt and leaves. Called the store and they asked me to drive up there and get recipt. I stated I cant as I am in a store working and it needed to be sent either email or text. Was told ok she would send it and of course nothing. Long time papa johns customer from Arizona and Las vegas and now madison and won’t use it again. Now have to eat the cost. Oh well lesson learned. Train your people to do what is asked
Updated. Due to Christie and her customer service i am changing this to a 3 star. She sent me my recipt via text and was very understanding when talking to me. I would giver her personally a 5 star and the driver a 1 star.

Try to stay away from the boneless wings as they are more like chicken nuggets and they are soggy and grisly. I took one bite and damn near threw up and lost my appetite all together… also the delivery driver had no change. So I was basically forced to give her all of the change. I called the store and the manager offered me 8 dollars credit but I honestly just got turned off of papa John’s and don’t plan to come back.

I originally ordered through the app and asked for the Cheddar Crust. I got a call from the staff who very kindly let me know they were no longer offering that but that they did have a Garlic Parmesan Crust. It was delicious!! Great service and the pizza was perfect!

Ordered a large meats pizza and garlic parm boneless wings and tried to order breadsticks but website kept kicking me back. Delivery time was exactly on time, no issue there. Received a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and plain boneless wings and the breadsticks didnt make it on the order. Called and the manager told me I would have to wait another 45 minutes to get my food and I would have to come pick it up. Im good, thanks for the refund.

Papa Johns uses door dash to deliver their pizzas. We ordered a pizza at 4:15 to be delivered at 5:30. We did not get our pizza until 6:40. It was cold. We will not be ordering from Papa Johns on E Washington again. Probably not from any Papa Johns ever again. Extremely disappointed in this poor customer service.

I think a lot of the bad reviews for this place are from people getting delivery/ordering late. I’ve gotten carryout here a few times and I’ve never had an issue at all. It’s ready very quickly (and when the website says it will be) and the staff working there are professionals who move pretty fast to make sure the food goes out ASAP. They’ve never even forgotten a sauce cup! (Which happens elsewhere pretty often.)
–Sidenote: As someone who worked in the food industry a million years ago, you all who clearly have not should know not to order anything within an hour before closing. The last thing you want is to have an hour with no calls and then–with 20 minutes left before you shut the lights off and have been keeping busy by cleaning up + organizing things for the morning shift–an order comes in. So then you have to take everything back out, re-dirty everything and not leave then for more than an hour after closing. Sometimes when you’ve been there for 12 hours. Don’t do that to people, just go buy a pizza at KT or something.–
I gave four stars only because I’ve had PJ’s wings at another store in a different state that were amazing and these are fine, but just not the same. I’m definitely going to keep going here in the near future.
