Pizza dough was RAW. Tried to get the pan pizza, it was not prepared right. The garlic cup had exploded and left a gross white moldy film on the box. All of this was freshly delivered and this is what we saw when we opened the box… GROSS

Food is decent when the right person makes it. I am in there about 4 times weekly and only have a problem with one person. Not sure of her name but she’s a African American woman who is a manager and wears a headwrap. She is EXTREMELY rude, slams food down, mean to her staff and customers and you can just tell she doesn’t like her job nor want to be there. Luckily there was friendly staff who apologized on her behalf and made it right. Don’t know her name but white female with red hair. So if this other lady didn’t work there it would be 4.5 stars. It’s EVERY time I go there that she’s there this happens. Please get rid of her there’s a lot of customers who stopped coming because of her.

I am a Marquette student that orders here often and very familiar with the staff, they are always very kind. But what I don’t like is the safety of this location, from hearing one of my favorites being fired for being assaulted and witnessing the manager and staff being threatened for telling a customer to leave. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau for unsafe conditions.

However, I’ve been frustrated lately because the app orders for my local location have been down the last four times I’ve tried to use it. It’s a bit inconvenient since the app is such a big part of why I choose Papa John’s. That said, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the deals are great when everything works. If they could resolve the app issues, it’d be an even better experience!

The employees were loud and Goofing off. They were talking about how the place was not clean when they started which disgusted me. the order took a lot longer than promised. I was standing there for over 30 minutes watching them playing around while making food for people to eat. They were very disrespectful to customers.

Ordered food last night, and the bread sticks & cinnamon pull apart were good however the pizza looked like this. Loaded with sauce and wasn’t even cooked fully. Also the size of the pizza?? The camera makes it look bigger, but it was micro and not what we have received previously with this size. Definitely not worth the $45.

Service was beyond the worst I’ve experienced. I called to report my problems and all I got was attitude and a phone hung up in my face after being put on hold repeatedly. The Alfredo bowl as you see in the photos was what it looked like, scraps!!! I am so embarrassed to even open this. It was filled with vegetables no pasta and literally 4 pieces of chicken. They also gave me the wrong soda. I will never be ordering from here again and I advise anyone who is thinking on buying from them, DO NOT!!! Save your money and to think I tipped the driver 10 bucks!? Yuck I’m beyond disgusted with the lack of customer service also hygiene.

Pizza was not prepared as ordered and was Luke warm. When I was attempting to inquire about how long it was sitting the employee walked away and started talking to another employee..very disappointed with service and food presentation !! No more Pappa Johns !

Awful experience. I ordered a pizza via phone and when I went to pick up the pizza we waited for 45 minutes and no could give use our pizza. Staff was very slow and not helpful.

Ordered twice. And the pizza is always undercooked and the crust doesn’t taste anything like papa John’s. So disappointed. The crust was flat and I even got a horrible stomach ache as well as the other people that ate.
