Went into the store and placed an order. Lady says it’ll be about 10-15 minutes, 30 minutes later, my order is ready. Ordered a 16” and 14” pizzas and 12” cheesy bread. Get home and open up the boxes and I have 2 14” pizzas one of them in a 16” box!! Joke!! The bigger joke was the pizza itself. $54 for dough a splash of hot sauce on one and barbecue sauce on the other and about 6 pieces of chicken on each!! Then I call and no answer. It was about 15 years since I had Papa John’s and it’ll be never again!!

0 stars if possible! Ordered a pizza with extra cheese and no cheese came on it. Edges burnt as well. The address is blocked out for obvious reasons. I called back and the woman was rude and began to argue. I could not hold my tounge and called these people idiots. Seriously how dumb or high do you have to be to make an sauce pizza off an order with extra cheese. I stupidly took a remake and I believe they must have used dirty water or something mixed in with the new correctly made pizza with cheese. I got severe food poisoning that I should have gone to E.R because I was on the floor crawling to the bathroom (OFF OF THEIR DUMBASSERY AND RETALIATION FROM IT) and should have saved the pizza for contamination testing. This place deserves to close down. Also, not ever eating Papa John’s again. Concerned that them using door dash delivery drivers instead of their own drivers. It took almost 2 hrs to get this nasty disaster. I dont get why these low life food workers think A.I powered food kitchens like Miso Robotics shouldn’t replace them. FYI: This happened on 01/18/2022 as seen in the corner of the pizza box label. I was showing someone these pics and realized that I never made a proper review on this locations behavior. Sad to see that nothing has changed sense.

Unfortunately I will never order or go back to this location. I went to pick up my order and this nice lady who was making dough helped me. Here is my concern. She was making dough with no gloves on and her fingernails were FILTHY! I took the pizza and gave it to a homeless person.

Worst pizza ever. The picture explains it all. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza with JUST sausage and it arrived over cooked and swimming in grease making the entire pizza soggy. There is absolutely no excuse why a pizza place should ever allow this garbage to leave their kitchen. Definitely won’t be ordering from them any longer. Unless you’re looking for something to help you with a #2, stick with something else.

This review is difficult. I and my family enjoy the pizza. But tonight I ordered the boneless wings. Now I know boneless wings are not wings, but these are basically Tyson chicken nuggets which is just ridiculous. On top of that I order BBQ and got next to zero sauce on them. Also ridiculous. Don’t put boneless wings on your menu if they’re just gonna be Tyson chicken nuggets. Label them as chicken nuggets. Also, they were over cooked and dry. And don’t offer sauce of you’re not actually going to put sauce on them. Calling is a waste of time as no one is ever any help

Placed an order on door dash today over an hour before the store closed. I got a confirmation that the store received my order. The first dasher waited for 20 minutes and left, new dasher got assigned order and waited for 30 minutes until store closed. I tried calling the store multiple times meanwhile, and no answer. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating from a customer stand point. I wonder if they just ignored the door dash order… in this case, why take door dash orders at all? If the store employees are not able to fulfill these orders, then Papa Johns should not offer door dash or other third party delivery service as an option for customers. I’ve had Papa Johns since I was a kid, but sadly will not likely return as a customer.

I ordered wings for delivery on 11/20 and I never received my order. Either the delivery driver kept my wings or delivered them to the wrong address. The Papa tracker stated that my order had been delivered. The driver needs to be fired for incompetence. I tried calling the store and of course no one answered the phone. I reached out to customer service, let’s see if I get a refund.
Update: So it turns out that Papa Johns uses Door dash when they don’t have their own drivers to use for deliveries. So it was a Door dash driver who decided to lie and claim that my food was delivered. I still haven’t received the refund for food that I NEVER RECEIVED. Besides reaching out to customer service I spoke with 2 managers at the store level. The GM was the last person I spoke with and she said that she would speak with her supervisor to see if she could get me a refund. The charges on my credit card went from pending to posted so apparently Papa Johns does not care about stealing from customers.
Update #2: So Papa John’s refunded my money and they apologized profusely for the mistake which wasn’t even their fault to begin with. I guess the transaction needed to go thru before they could then reverse it. I want to thank the GM at this location for helping me get my refund. She did right by me unlike the Door Dash driver. So come out and support her and her hard working crew.

I had placed a sizable order of 12 pizzas for a work event on a Friday night for 5 o’clock.
I was really pleased when my order showed up on time, fresh and hot.
I have not ordered from Papa John’s in some time but I will be again.
Lately we have been having so many service issues with our chain pizza establishments, especially with orders being timely. I took a chance with Papa John’s and they did not disappoint.
